bought a 2013 Lincoln MKS from John and he treated me very good and was straight forward i have no regrets. I needed the title fairly quick for a planned trip and he had it for me with no issues!

Bought a 2011 impala from these guys great car now Bought a2012 chevy impala not happy first it had a rumble fixed it now I put 4 struts on it brakes gone front and rear now it has a broken stabilizer bar very passed as is is like is what is not happy will keep my money in my other pocket

Best car dealers for your money fair and nice and polite and gave me the best deal but I've ever ponme money and I'll buy all my kids cars there too

I got a 2011 impala for about 5.8k i paid cash in full it was my first purchase from a lot and a great straightforward transaction. The car is in great condition i was able to test drive several before deciding. He gave me a great deal and was very nice i love the cat named kitty on site. There is a charge for paying with debit or credit cards he lets u know fee ahead of time so u can go get cash and come back if need be. He was patience with me and my veteran husband. He was very detailed about what cars were on lot that fit my needs and price range. I purchased in full but he does offer financing. Not sure details.

About 2 weeks ago, I purchased a BEAUTIFUL Pontiac Torrent from Prestige Family Cars, and while I had my eye on other vehicles at other lots, I’m so glad I chose to buy from them. John was very personable, didn’t try to push a sale, and knew the ins-and-outs of each car on the lot. Upon driving the vehicle home, the engine started overheating in idle. When I called him about it the next day, he told me to take it to Tireman in Perrysburg and assured me that he would take care of it so I could get on to enjoying my new car. Just like that! No fuss, no “you bought it as is,” just immediate resolution. When I picked up the car from Tireman (after the water pump was replaced on his dime) it started having the same idle-overheating a few days later. I felt bad calling him about it again, but he still encouraged me to take it back to Tireman in the same calm tone, where they found that the coolant just wasn’t cycled in properly after the pump was replaced.
I’m not sure I would have gotten the same attentiveness and care from another car lot, John truly went above and beyond even after the sale was made. I absolutely love the vehicle I got from them, and truly encourage anyone looking for a car to at least stop over there and see what they have available. You might be surprised—I sure was!

I just bought an '05 grand caravan from them without a warranty which made me nervous. It is a really nice van fully loaded and everything works how it should. He had told me that if anything went wrong to give him a call. The day i left the oil light came on. It was low on oil so i put some in it. The light went off but then came back on shortly after. I called him in the morning and he personally called tireman for me so they knew i would be calling them and coming in. I brought it in an hour later and they had found a small leak. No big deal and i took it home. Then the light came back on so i called again and he told me to take it back to get everytbing checked out. It turned out to be a sensor and he still had it fixed for me even though it wasnt a serious issue. All out of his own pocket. He made me a promise and stuck to it. The only thing i can say is i hope you like cats because their cats will like you. Lol

After trying to call the number that goes to a hotel, did further research and found the correct number on the BBB website along with an explanation about the scam number. Bought an F250, they made sure we had gas to get back home (at their expense). Needed a passenger side mirror, they paid for that. Needed a headlight switch, they paid for that. Needed brake and gas line work, they paid for that also. They will fix anything within reason. They even gave us a key fob. This is where we will buy our next vehicle. John and his business partner are great guys!

I bought a 2010 Ford Escape in 2018 no leaks no lights in the dash no issues, I paid cash the guy was nice older guy and I went alone he wasn’t trying to sale me anything I didn’t want my car is still up and running great til this day I’d purchase again from them.

I didnt end up making a purchase, because i didnt find what i was looking for, but not from the lack of effort on their part. They were accommodating, honest, and polite. They made me feel as welcome as i could feel. I highly recommend them when you are in the market for a car

Like their selection of vehicles on the lot plus the two gentleman have great personalities. You even get greeted by a very friendly cat.

Pretty good place you just have to check over the car really good and dont he an idiot. Good place to get a car if you know about then but if you have no knowledge about cars dont go here
