Love the inside of this location! Definitely the best one in the area!! Food is always on point, cooked right and very fast for made to order.

Food is great, love the nuggets, fries and chicken Philly!! Service was very friendly and quick. Atmosphere needs a bit of a lift, could hear the wind in there but the food hits the spot.

I recommend the Roman Burger. This is not on the menu choice below, but it is the best sub. Ever.

Food has hit the spot every time i came! It's so good i get a large so I can take the other half to work to reheat and i rarely eat leftovers!! Would recommend and will definitely be back!

Good food and service

Just like I remembered in high school during proficiency testing when we walked there. We got chicken bacon ranch, Romanian and butter cheese steaks. Quick and friendly service. Highly recommend you to try at least once in your lifetime kind of like final cut steak house but that's for another review!

Only been here a select few times, but the food has been great. The last two times I went, there were no other customers, which meant that my food was made fresh to order. The waffle fries (or wafflers as they call them) are just as good as Chick-fil-a and I really liked the sandwiches I've had, as well.

Great customer care. I would love it if there could be a business brought to Cary, North Carolina! We NEED a Mr. Heros here. I should not have to keep returning to Ohio, feeling so desperate lol on each visit to get my most favorite take out food. Roman Burger and Cheese steak. They are the original! Please come to Cary NC. U would do so well. There are a lot of Northerners here!!!!!!

I always loved Mr. Hero but stopped going because the one on Manhattan was inconvenient to get to so was happy to try the new one. The service was great and I was in and out in no time. The food was delicious! So glad someone had the insight to open it in this location.

Delicious as always. The cashier was very nice and professional and the cook was super personable and served up a delicious sandwich. I have returned multiple times. The interior is also very nice and relatively clean

Haven't been here for 4 months due to bad service before. Today was a totally great experience! Christie was wonderful waiting on us - great customer service, and food was prepared exceptionally well. Good job all!

Mr. Hero was a place that I always wanted to go to and I am happy that I did. The food is wonderful for being a fast food restaurant. I got to know the owner and he is really nice.

Super friendly service, very clean, excellent food there's nothing on the menu that isn't awesome. I highly suggest you stop in there and let your tastebuds judge for themselves.

Finally a Mr Hero in the Westgate area again. I love the Roman burger, and they serve malt vinegar with their fries. If you want a sandwich that is a little different then Mr Hero is the place to go.
