I’ve been a client of Bud Moody since I got my first car back in 2012. The ladies in the office are ALWAYS so helpful. Even when I call after hours they give me a call the next business day. Anytime I have a random question regarding my car or home insurance they so kind to me. I don’t feel judged for not knowing the answer or feel silly for asking a common question. They check in with me when my car is in the shop due to an accident. Very caring and nice workers. Highly recommend this office if your looking for car insurance.

I have been with Bud for 42 years. From one of my first apartments to every house and car that I have owned he has been there for me. Bud doesn’t treat you like a customer but like you are part of his family. Thanks Bud for not only being a great State Farm agent but also a great friend.😎

This is the best customer service I have ever received! There is a lady named Linda who answers the phone and she is the sweetest person alive. I explained to her my situation and that i’m young and don’t have much experience with insurance and stuff, and she came back with a quote that wasn’t the best for me, so she gave me a couple of places for me to try and I ended up getting a really really good deal. I appreciate this woman so much and she really really did help me through everything. She’s absolutely the best, ask for Linda! I promise you’ll get the help you need!

I've been with Bud for years. He was also my basketball coach in grade school so I've known for a long time that he's a really great guy. Also, Jennifer and Linda are sweetheart's. I highly recommend Bud and his staff. They do an excellent job.

They have an amazing office staff, Jen is like a ninja when it comes to finding discounts for you and getting you the best price. The office is very personable and they always remember us even though we only go in every couple years for changes, when we bought a new vehicle Jen and Linda made everything so easy and I we could not have found a better deal. Bud is also such a later back friendly guy, you will not regret choosing them for your insurance company.

I can’t say enough great things about this specific State Farm. I have been able to save money with them not by looking for it myself by them looking for it for me when I file a claim or buy a different insurance. They don’t attempt to over sale me but they keep me informed. On top of that I changed my pronouns and my name and thus far everyone in that office has respected both which I honestly can’t express my appreciation for that as well. I don’t know about other locations but this one I’d keep them for life if they continue how they have.
