Dr. Jibran A. Khan, MD

Last time I went to this doctor was about a year ago, I only stopped because I moved. This doctor is great, his staff are great and I couldn't recommend Dr Khan more.

Dr Khan is a great physician. He is very knowledgeable too. Highly recommend.

The only problem is the receptionist. She is rude if procrastination & rudeness was part of her job she would get 10 stars!

Receptionist is terrible

My husband was a patient of Dr. Khan and hadn't gone to see him for a while because he didn't have issues. Lately he has serious issues and all the specialists and the hospitals have been sending his office copies of his results and when I call to make an appointment the same rude receptionist he's always had told me he's not accepting new patients. I don't even think the Dr. is aware she's doing this. The website says accepting new patients, even though he's not a new patient. I wouldn't recommend this office! They'll turn their back on you when you need them the most!

Dr Kahn is very nice. However, the receptionist at this place is awful. I wont go back.

Doctor is nice but the nurse is rude. The service is rushed. Can’t answer any of my questions about the medication I’m suppose to take. Had a few time my prescription order and lab service was not sent out and wasted my time doing what I need to do. Will be looking elsewhere for a primary care dr

The receptionist at this place was awful. She was so rude. All I wanted her to do was verify my health insurance before my appointment. I called the day before my appointment. She didn’t give me a call back, so I called the day of my appointment. She didn’t verify it yet and told me she would get to it when she gets to it. And she was arguing with my wife over the phone. If you hate working with people, find a new job. Never going back there.

Ive never experienced such poor service. My mom is sick and the doctor doesnt return phone calls and ive called the practice multiple times and was told, they will reach out to the doctor and have him return your call. It’s been over 3 weeks and still no call from the doctor! My next complaint- I had the doctor fill out a form so i can manage my mom’s benefits because of her health decline. I had paid the fee for the form but yet to receive the form and when i call for a refund after 3 weeks of not getting that form filled out. The practice states they dont have an answer from the doctor about my refund and it’s only 20 dollars so i shouldnt make a big deal about it!

Wouldn’t recommend called to make an appointment didn’t hear nothing for two weeks and I ended up having to call after the two weeks. The service is trash . Receptionist is no good.

the receptionist Jackie is a horrible, miserable person. she's rude and has a major attitude. immature. awful.

Awful staff, short and rude on the phone and to your face; awful wait times due to double and triple booking patients; sees you for 5 minutes after waiting over an hour for your scheduled appointment. Not sure how this guy keeps patients.

Place is so nasty looks like a abandoned clinic and the receptionist is even more nasty with her attitude wouldnt recommend to anyone
