The speediness of the order was incredible && the service was great. Everyone was so happy and cheery this morning.

Just wanted to say thank you. I’m a guy that drove up at 11pm on 11/16 and just met some really great people. It was the end of my day, kinda long and the girl at the drive thru was kind and left me with a smile on my face.

The friendly manager and smiles on the majority of the staff here are what keeps me and my family coming back! The Playland is top notch and one of the biggest I've encountered for the kiddos to have endless fun on. Great friendly people are always in this place and great conversations are had without guests here. The food is consistently fresh and delish too!

Absolutely loved the vibe here. Super fast service, these guys were better and faster then my hometown McDonald’s In Kalamazoo. Even got to hear the GM sing. Definitely will come back next time I’m in Toledo.

I was just thirsty, so I stopped in just for water and the lady of color who waited me was so kind to give me two cups so that me and my partner could have some cold to quench our dusty dry throats.

It's always clean and I'm a huge customer service type of person, and I never get disappointed, anytime I go to this Restaurant, it's amazing no matter how busy they are, if they do actually make a mistake on your order? I love to stop after work at the end of my night shift for a cheat sausage McMuffin once or 2wice a week!. Usually very fast at 4am for running a Skeleton Crew. Sometimes they don't accept cash while they're doing their drawer count but I haven't run into that in a while. Running breakfast at that time

Its one of the best fast food restaurant's,that we can trust and very Curious to there Customers...

They were overwhelmed with drive thru and I went in the store and had to wait a few minutes. The poor girl taking orders was so pleasant and polite inwas totally impressed.

Drive through is quite efficient.

You know it's Amazing how even at a Drive through,the Employees that run the Window talk extremely professional,and curtious? I have been through quite a few drive throughs,but they are simply the best so far,that I have Encountered?and it's by far one of the CLEANEST,Restraunts I've been in, I have Eaten inside as well...

I have to say that McDonald's at southland shopping center is the best McDonald's to get your food made right and I live on the west side of town but if I ever have a craving for McDonald's I'll drive way over to that location to get it

The drive-thru line was long, but they were moving efficiently. This was the freshest McDonald's breakfast I've had on the Southend. I had a picture perfect cinnamon roll & hashbrown. The sausage egg McMuffin was a little dry & bland, but it still looked really good; I just prefer homemade eggs.

Seems to be the only McDonalds location left with a playroom. My children have a great time here, we usually only get drinks.

Wonderful Service. They did not forget a single thing in me order. I recommend this McDonald's because they are fast and the food is never under temperature. The fries were fresh and everyone was very sweet.

The line is always long here but it moved pretty quick. No complaints on the food

Playland was so very clean. Food was hot and fresh. And upgraded small fry to medium when error was made. Hot fresh Fries......yesssssss

Drive through slow help your employees out you can tell the difference when not enough help!! They worked there butts off today for that reason only I gave stars for they're doing there best thanks drive thru!!

Great place to get through the drive-thur in a hurry . Great employees friendly and they let you know of any specials that they are having. No other McDonald's does that. They go up and beyond to make sure you are happy.

Mickey D. Still going strong. I really don't eat alot at Mac Donalds. But wow. Sales are still out of this world. Always busy. Always staff well. Always clean. Love there new menu keyot. Order your food before going to the counter. Have to give them 5 stars.
