I've been a customer for 10+ years and have only had positive experiences, even when dealing with a less-than-positive situation such as a vehicle accident. Every team member I've spoken to has been kind and professional. When you call, ask for Ann; she is an incredible agent to work with and someone I highly recommend.

We drive to Leipsic from Grand Rapids to work with Ann at the Meyer-Badenhop Insurance Agency. I trust that she has our best interest in mind. When we had teen drivers who like to crash, she helped us find the most reasonable plan. Now that we are empty nesters, she pointed out that we could switch to a different brand of insurance and bundle with our homeowner's insurance and save a ton. I like the options of different insurance companies from one office. I love working with a real person who knows me.
