Honorable Gary Cook

Judge Gary Cook is the most incompetent trial court judge in the United States of America. He is solely responsible for the ONLY conviction of complicity under the aiding and abetting element without a shared criminal intent in American history. If you Google shared criminal intent you can read case law State vs Richter. A sentence of LIFE in prison was the resulting sentence but the conviction was vacated by the 6th district court of appeals on insufficiency of evidence. His incompetence as a trial court judge is a threat to the public, and most definitely to innocent defendants who chose to exercise their constitutional right to trial. He should be removed from the bench immediately.
