Genesis Church

This Church has demonstrated time and again; Unconditional Love, Concernment, Encouragement & Healing with Teachings of Truth & by Re/Building Lasting Relationships with you as an individual. The worship team sings updated, uplifting, and inspiring music. The childrens dept is full of excitement! From stories that come to life, to taking over adult church; even lessons and crafts that keep them excited about what they will make on their next visits. Maybe you do not want all that maybe you need to Rebuild or Lead yourself? Genesis offers membership classes, life groups & many more ministries for you to be a part of. However the only way to know if I am telling the TRUTH would be to come to 921 Woodrow Ave Marion Ohio at 10 a.m. Sunday Mornings and check it out for YOURSELVES! Dare ya.

I give Genesis five stars I would give more if I could. I have been going to Genesis for almost 4 years, I can't imagine going to any other Church!! Our worship team will get you going on Sunday morning and Pastor Keith always delivers a message that the Lord has put in his heart. And definitely bring your kids, there are classes for all ages, there's even a nursery for your little ones. I definitely would recommend that you try us, I know you'll come back!!

My kids love the Excellent children's Sunday school program. There are also classes available for adults. I have taken several classes and I am involved in the refreshments team ministry. If you are looking for a wonderful church family, this is the place to go. We also have a powerful worship team that always gets the spirit moving. There is also help available for families in need. Such as the food pantry. There is a box out front that is always stocked with food for anyone to come and get it if needed. If more is needed you can call and make an appointment to come and grab some for your whole family. Genesis is my home, and my relationship with God has strengthened sense I became a member. come as you are.

I have only been coming here for a few months. The people are great and willing to help you through your issues. My granddaughters go to the kids church and they love going. The ladies are super with the kids. The members do a lot of things for the community. The pastor really gets into his message. When you come in you will see smiling and loving people. The first day I came they made me feel right at home.

I so enjoy being able to have chose this Church as my church away from home. Pastor Keith Ivey preaches the Bible in such a simple way it is easy to understand & apply it to your life. There are many opportunities to be involved if you choose. The people are very Friendly and helpful. It is also a great blessing to worship with my Daughter Granddaughter, and Great Grandchildren. When ever I am in town. Come check it out you will love it too.

Genesis has been my church home for 10 years! I have been to several churches and never really felt "at home" until I walked into Genesis. I've always felt judged everywhere else I went. I've gotten "the looks" more times than I'd like to remember by "good Christian people". But, once I walked into Genesis, I just knew I was in the place I was meant to be. I am always greeted with warm, open arms. People seem to genuinely love me there. I couldn't have asked for a better church family. Oh, and the children's department is so fun for the little ones. The children's department volunteers genuinely love the kids and make learning about Jesus a fun adventure.
Pastor Keith is probably one of the realest pastors I've met. He applies his own life struggles to his teaching to make the Gospel real and relatable. There is no watered down Jesus here....you get Jesus the way God intended for us to have it...the real Truth no matter how unpopular it may be.

I started attending this Church in 2016 and have been planted there ever since! I became a member in 2017 and gave my life to Christ on March 11, 2018! I have gained alot of knowledge from taking some classes that this church offers that helped me become closer to God to know him more deeply. Pastor Keith teaches the word right from the Bible and I love that ! The people there are so nice and welcoming , needless to say my roots are growing deeper as I grow in service at my Church and closer in relationship with my God .

Genesis is my family! We love being as part of what God is doing in this church. When we moved to Marion in 2013, we found a home in Genesis and never left. The people are amazing and caring, Pastor Keith preaches truth and real life from the Bible, and there's things for the kids and families to be involved with as well. Genesis has helped us all grow in our walk with Christ. We can't wait to see what else God has for us at Genesis in the future.

I absolutely love this church. I felt welcome from the moment i walked in. I thank God for providing me with such a great place to worship him. The pastor goes above and beyond to make sure everyone who wants to be is included in everything and welcomed. He is also very knowledgeable and teaches truth, not opinions.

Great pastor, great church family, wonderful children's Sunday school, Bible focused, nondenominational, come as you are, baptism, food pantry, small groups, classes, Jesus loving, great worship service, great message, family oriented, ministries, all together a wonderful church.

Everyone here is family! Before going here, I haven't been to a church since a child. The first time I walked in there I was nervous but found out I had no reason to be. Everyone welcomed me as I had been a member for years!

this church is my family I love this church I never felt like I belonged anywhere but here they accepted me for me. And the kids dept is great. They do so much with the kids.

This church doesn't judge you at all. They have open arms for all people with different backgrounds in there lives. The pastor did so really good teaching and they have some really good Worship there.

This is my favorite church. I love youth Sundays. Me and my sister get to sing on stage.
