Poco Loco

This has become one of my favorite restaurants to go when I’m craving Mexican food and want to easily find the vegan dishes. The service is always fast and friendly! The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is fantastic! The vegan quesabirria tacos quickly became my favorite dish when they were introduced to the menu.

We visited before a concert. The food was great, the service was too. I forgot the waitresses' name but she was friendly, kept up on our drinks. Food came out fast. I'd visit again if I came back. With the half pineapple, it'd be nice to get all what was taken out. The salsa was good. It was thick and had a great taste. Quesabirria tacos and half pineapple with a strawberry margarita on the rocks were our choices. I'm glad I ordered the half pineapple over the birria tacos.

QUESABIRRIA TACOS
Three slow cooked brisket tacos with melted cheese, cilantro, and onion. Served with rice, birria beef broth, and a creamy jalapeno avocado salsa washed down with Coconut Jungle Mojito. The food was quite tasty, delicious and reasonably priced. The service and ambience are on point. If you love Mexican food you'll love Poco Loco 👍🏻👍🏻

I went right after the eclipse and this pace really surprised me. The decor is beautiful, the menu was huge, and the guacamole was perfect. Jesus R. did a great job of waiting on me despite the massive rush that came in after me. Will definitely return if I have the misfortune of finding myself in Toledo again!

Great Mexican restaurant that we stopped at while traveling through. The food was delicious and the inside of the restaurant was really nice.

I'd it was nice overall, the service was fast, our waitress was nice and attentive, the food came out pretty fast..I have the Quesobirra tacos and I've honestly had better but it wasn't bad for $16 you get 3 plus Mexican rice on the side. I'd definitely go back... I'd just get something different.

All the food was good. My favorite was the Tostones Rellenos !! When we come back we need that again. The atmosphere of this place is what we needed. When we came it was a weekday around noon wasn’t many ppl there. Our waiter was very nice and was always there to give us what we need.

First visit here and really enjoyed it. I had the flautas with a side of beans and rice. Delicious and a lot of food for the price. The fish tacos were delicious too. Loved the atmosphere. The chips and salsa was also good and the beer was nice and cold.

Poco Loco is where it's at. One of the best Mexican restaurants that I've ever eaten at. Almost a perfect 5 star. This was my 1st time here and it won't be my last. Great selection of Mexican entrees and they also serve authentic Cuban food. I had the "big papa" burrito with steak. My wife ordered the Margarita chicken. Our appetizer was the jalapeño dip. Everything was delicious. Next time I plan on ordering one of their Cuban dishes. P.S. My wife says she won't take my reviews serious until I get over 100 followers. So please follow me.

This was my first experience in Toledo and it was great. Fantastic plantains and yuca. Great vegetarian and vegan options. Strong and flavorful margs.

Love this place!!!! They have so many great vegan options. The house margaritas are really good too. Try the vegan tamale, it’s delicious!

This place is amazing. I live in Michigan. It's closer than Southwest Detroit. The food is delicious. Everything from the guacamole to the chimichanga to the street tacos so much flavor. I am really impressed.

My new, absolutely favorite. Staff is AMAZING, food is delicious, and drinks are very tasty. Casual and cozy atmosphere. Never a wait for a table. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and swift. Love it here.

They had such great vegan options on their menu. I had the vegan Taco Salad and vegan tamales, both were amazing. Portions were very generous, so filling and well thought out. So glad I stopped by, will be a return customer when I'm in the area.

Such a rare find, a restaurant that focuses on Mexican food, but also does some nice vegan choices! Their menu does a great job of letting you know how to select vegan (or vegetarian). Staff was really kind and responsive. We enjoyed a ln early dinner at one of their outside tables.

Carlos' Poco Loco is one of my favourite authentic Cuban and Mexican restaurants around! Their staff is so friendly and outgoing. I love everything on their menu but I do have to recommend their Queso Chicken and any of their Grilled Pineapples dishes. They do have a variety of Vegan options that are amazing. Margaritas are all very good. Atmosphere is also awesome!

Great authentic Mexican cuisine. If you're looking for a quick bite or a full sit down dinner, this should be your go to place. This was my first time visiting, but as I am familiar with what I like, I didn't have a hard time with the menu. We ordered asada street tacos, a chicken chimichanga, the carnitas dinner, and a beef enchilada. We had a small pitcher of raspberry Patron margs, which were reasonably priced and delicious. The food was out in five minutes and they were busy on a Saturday evening. No joke. I was thoroughly impressed and I've been to every decent place around. The staff was very attentive. The atmosphere is great. They had a live band, which was also excellent. We actually ordered a few things to go... the vacas fritas and another chicken chimichanga. I would recommend to anyone, from a beginner to the experienced eater. Great stuff guys!

Great food, very fast service even on a Saturday night, some interesting Cuban inspired menu items. Would definitely go back again. Using the street for outside seating right now which is great, we sat inside but inside is spacious enough as well. Only issue is that they could have done better crowd control with the group of like 20 people that were partying lined up at the bar for shots.

It was a simply perfect night. My company and I was seated immediately and welcomed by our server(spoke broken English, but well enough to know what was going down) promptly.
I'm partial to Mexican cuisine, I'm pleased to say the kitchen staff is on their game. I'm not a big eater so take homes are in my norm, usually they end up in the garbage. Not this time!!!! My meal was fresh and full of flavor, I couldn't wait to eat it again.
I even called my son and recommended a visit with his girlfriend.
The atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant. I'll definitely be a returning customer. I enjoyed the authentic experience.
