I started working for Morgan over 10 years ago. The company has always provided opportunities for advancing my development, which allowed me to be be promoted and take on new roles. The Twinsburg facility is one of the locations I currently support and every time I visit, the people are so welcoming and friendly. Additionally, they have great benefits such as sign-on bonus, employee referral bonus, vacation accrual starting on day 1, medical, dental and vision coverage starting on day 1, quarterly bonus opportunities, and more.

The job was very easy to learn, and had a great working environment and nice managers and coworkers. I’m a fast learner so it wasn’t a problem. Good work place

Recently in like 3 months I went for a tour n got trained a bit but left and people are that don’t even speak English are so rude not the tour manager bathrooms are disgusting lunchroom is too and so boring vending machines prices are to much seems like a horrible place to work so boring no fun no parking in the front unless u get their at 3-4am little pay for 10hrs shifts people don’t look happy to come in to start the day so glumly so much drama and

Worst company to work at. I went through Intregrity staffing in twinsburg. I worked for 7 days and on the 8th day they let me go without even giving a reason.

I always had above production, and my line leader was happy, on the 8th day they text me and said my assignment ended with Morgan. I asked the staffing agency why I was fired and they said because I didn’t follow directions from the supervisor. I speak perfectly fine English and always followed directions.

People who work there don’t even speak English well (Nepalese, Bhutanese, Indian, Hispanic). I regret going to this company because I never thought I would be let go for no reason.
