We purchased a pair of shoes a few months back and they're still in good shape. I love all the colors and designs. The quality seems pretty good so far.

We just recently ordered a medium singlet and it was a bit too small. My son is 5'11 150lbs. If you order a singlet, I would order a size up. The return process was easy, but it is a bit frustrating that there are no exchanges. I had to return my current order and repurchase the singlet again. Good news is the shipping is pretty quick. Typically 3-4 days.

My kids have been wearing Rudis Wrestling shoes for 4-5 years now, and we have had little to no issues. When I have needed help with an order they were quick to respond and help. I also love that we can get our wrestling gear from an Ohio company. I am proud to have made Rudis part of my boys wrestling journey.

This company is unethical and provides terrible customer service. I was going to try to talk my son into sticking with wrestling, but no way after wasting hundreds of dollars with this trash company. I ordered my son’s uniform the first few days it was available, and we will not receive the items until two months later. Wrestling will pretty much be over. I called and the agent told me it was in the fine print. What a joke! Bad on me for assuming his uniform would arrive in time to be worn. Good gracious… what a terrible company! If your child is new to wrestling, just don’t even bother ordering. Have him/her borrow the items… don’t waste your money.

THIS COMPANY IS TRASH. Very very overpriced for what you get. They do not quality test there wrestling shoes (Which is the companies pinnacle product) and charge $165 for them to blow out in less than 2 months. Jordan Burroughs does not even wear his own shoes in practice because they do not last and are unreliable. The leadership team at the company are very money hungry. They changed apparel vendors to a vendor in China for cheaper COGS, BUT still increased their prices to "Increase Margin", because they are downing in debt. Due to poor and immature leadership, inefficient operations, and greedy tactics, this company needs your money at all costs to stay afloat. Ill give them this... their old sweatshirts fit well and are comfy, but they're $70 for no reason, but profit. I give them 3-5 years max before they go bankrupt. A WAY OF LIFE lol.

My son started his first year of wrestling for a local wrestling league. We were told to order our shirts and singlets through Rudis by the last day of October. Our order by date was extended to Sunday, 11/05/2023 withthe impression shirts singlets would arrive prior to our first meet on 01/09/2024. I like many parents of children in the league received a tracking number, the tracking number showed that both the shirt and singlet were shipped. When opened, all of the parents received the shirt but NO singlet. I reached out to Rudis via e-mail and received a generic e-mail response. The coach of the league reached out and was told the singlets would be shipped in two separate “waves” as all orders were split into two. Some would receive their singlets the week of 12/29/23 and the rest would received their singlets the week of 01/19/24. Imagine the disappointment when fast forward to present day (01/08/2024) and none of the parents have received their child’s singlet for our first meet TOMORROW. Our league has a total of (5) meets, all of which look like our team will have maybe (1) and/or (2) meets to wear their singlet “if it is even received.”

Customer service has been a nightmare to deal with. I have reached out via e-mail and telephone, like many parents all to be told completely different stories. I do NOT recommend dealing with Rudis as each parent on our league spent at least $125.00. Multiply that by 30/40 children and we are looking at $3,750-$5,000 the parents of our league has given to Rudis, that doesn’t include the “extras” parents purchased through Rudis.

I would not and will not order a single item through Rudis again.

Purchased a $250 order all listed as "in stock" it's been well over 5 business days.

Their shipping policy stated, "Next business day."

It's been 7 BD, and the item has not shipped. I have called 5 times left 2 voice mails, and before that, I emailed them.

Unfortunately, I ordered stuff from them last October as well, and it didn't come until after State. This was understandable as it was a "not in stock and they were waiting on a supplier"

I have received no responses. All I want is communication.

Customer service is AWFUL. They’ve outsourced their calls and it doesn’t help anything, especially when you ask repeatedly to be transferred to the main office in OH!

So far, not so good. The product stands on its own, but the company has gaps to fill. There is virtually no customer service. No way to leave a message via phone, only an email address. If you email them you get a generic, " we're experiencing higher than average..." Blah blah blah. That's fine, I get it, but don't let people pay for faster shipping only to then get the aforementioned stock message, and leave them wondering if their item will EVER ship! Customers need to be able to contact sellers one way or the other, and then receive actual communication back. Rudis is big enough to have someone answering phones or responding in a human way to emails. This can be fixed, if that is, the seller is interested in customer service, and overwhelming success. Do better Rudis. The moral of the story, if you order from Rudis, forget you ordered and let it be a surprise when it FINALLY arrives.

Is absolutely horrible company. They made our school have a minimum order to even get a "discount". The school should have received the items over a month ago and to this day we still do not have our items. The arrival date has changed approximately 5 times. One of the parents even drove clear up to the business with the owner knowing that they were on their way and nothing. The owner did not show and our items are still missing. There has been absolutely no efforts by this company for any type of is any type of refund, discounts, or free merchandise to make up for the inconvenience and continued issues. Half of our items are still missing and no one seems to know were they are. The coach and parents have been in the contact with the company on numerous occasions and were told that the items would be ready on said date date but nothing. For the cost of these items it is absolutely ridiculous it's legally ridiculous that this company is is not putting forth some type of effort to make up for their horrible business and customer service. I highly caution anyone to make any type of deal with them, there are far better companies that would not treat thier customers like this.

This has been horrible so far. Ordered 18 days ago and still no delivery. No response from emails. Can't get ahold of anyone there, "mailbox is full". At what point do I get a refund?

Ordered an "in stock" item 13 days ago. Not shipped yet, no response to email inquiry sent 2 days ago, no answer to phone call and "mailbox is full" so no way to leave a message
