For a food court restaurant, the food was awesome! The grand escape is my favorite, the best cheesesteak west of Philly. The fries are fresh cut and taste incredible, especially with the vinegar on them. I haven't had a Salad yet,but they make everything in front of you and have no problem if you'd like extra veggies or dressings. The staff is friendly and helpful if your not sure what to get. I will be back.

Great cheesesteaks! Had the black and Bleu and it was spot on! The fries are made to order and fresh! Staff was super friendly and very thoughtful about what you want on your sandwich.

I just witnessed a woman completely lose herself at the steak escape at westfield mall and the only person there thy even attempted to make her happy and fix the issue was the kid daquan working the grill, he handled the situation quite well considering the line and craziness of the woman yelling and demanding things. Good job daquan you deserve a raise if you ask me. P.S. My large gobbler was GREAT.

I like this place alot the Large Grand escape with extra green peppers and onions add mayo is my favorite. The price is a tiny bit high but worth it in my opinion. I always get the large sandwich with fries and most of the time there is enough food left over to have a tasty snack later.The staff know what they are doing and even though they don’t always seem the happiest they always accommodate my request.

great food and customer service. my personal opinion would be to make add-on customizations more obvious for those of us who don't know them by heart. i love the new additions to the menu that weren't there last i went 2 years ago
