Rooms are very clean, the front desk people are very nice the location is perfect for restaurants and shopping and the complimentary breakfast us the best you'll ever find and lots of variety. 5 stars from me.

I like carpet for this facility for my boss. I know for sure it's got clean carpet. 😂😂.The housekeeping is excellent and clean. Shampoo conditioner and lotion is provided and a blow dryer and iron. Towels are fresh and beds are made with elegance. FOOD 4 LESS is 100 feet away. Mexican and vietnamese food is nearby within a couple of miles. Try PHO Saigon Bay.👍💯🙏💙. They serve breakfast in the morning too. ITS ENDLESS!! 😋 They serve REAL EGGS not out of the bottle because you can tell. Yogurt AND MORE toppings, bagel & cream cheese😯, milk/cereal, fruit,. Batter to make your own 🧇 waffles and toppings too. Coffee, apple, cranberry & orange juice.👊💯. Worth it.

This is a very nice, well kept property that was perfect for my needs during my work travel. The amenities were all in good working order, and the rooms were very clean and well kept. All of the staff were very accommodating. The area surrounding the hotel is a little dicey, but there's a great Mexican takeout place next door and the grocery store is a good place for deals if you are staying for an extended period of time. I will be staying here again!

All I have to say is Sharon at the front desk was amazing. She had checked us in the night before. She was welcoming and friendly. The following evening, we had an emergency at home and had to leave early, She really worked with us, making it the best experience possible.
Our son goes to University of the Pacific so we are in town often. This hotel is close to the school, clean, has a great breakfast and the best, most welcoming staff. We will definitely be back!

The front desk clerks (my girl Sharon) are the most helpful and accommodating, kind, compassionate hotel employees that I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The hotel is nice and clean. A big shout out to the ladies from the kitchen,thank you for all your hard work: Breakfast offered many choices which were all delicious.

Recently we stayed at this property located in the northern area of Stockton or Lakeview neighborhood near the University of the Pacific and Weberstown Mall which is like a little oasis. Conveniently located, this medium priced hotel offers a nice respite from much of daily hustle and bustle. Situated in a cluster of well maintained and landscaped Mission/Spanish style buildings this property offers a relaxing environment especially those surrounding the main  interior courtyard section that offers lush greenery with a well maintained pool area and good sized hot tub!  Our room was on a third floor in the ‘B’ wing which was large, quiet and extremely clean. The room featured a large flat screen TV, fridge, desk area, ample closet/storage, and coffee/tea etc. Bathroom was large and featured large vanity and mirrors, ample fresh bright white towels (as were all linens crisp and white) along with nice soap/shower amenities for use in shower/bath with ample hot water and pressure. But one of the best features of this property was the included breakfast served from 6:30am to 10:00am in the well appointed/maintained  breakfast room.  This breakfast was quite the amazing surprise as it featured a self made waffles with a variety of toppings, various breakfast cereals, a selection of fruit juices, milk, coffee, yogurts, and buffet warming pans of scrambled eggs, bacon, seasoned breakfast potatoes and delicious Chilaquiles (had to look that one up!). There was much more, but the bottom line was it was far better (and filling) than the usual breakfast place starting with a ‘D’ , and what better way to start the day footsteps from your room. Staff are extremely friendly and attentive making this a great place to stay when visiting Stockton.

We were here for 3 days and enjoyed our stay. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious and they had various options. Front desk was helpful and courteous. Like most hotels you can hear noise from hallway and other rooms, but nothing huge. They have a banquet room they rent out, so we had trouble finding parking on one of the nights we were there.

Awesome hospitality beautiful place to have a event. Organized to the T, check in was fast and easy with David’s help. Rooms were clean house keeping is awesome I met Christina and hands down the perfect house keeper everything and anything I asked her she was prompt with answers. Felt real safe thank you Best Western for making my stay a comfortable place.

Friendly staff, clean room. Wait staff was kind, so was the bedding/cleaning staff. Front desk was pleasant daily. The WiFi was good. We felt safe there. All gates have electronic locks, and they have security. The parking lot and all walkways are lighted. We will stay again.

The staff at the hotel are very pleasant, kind, and attentive to the guests needs. I love that the coffee is available and fresh all day. The rooms are clean, spacious, with microwave, coffee maker, fridge, and blow dryer. Some of the rooms have a balcony or patio with furniture. I slept very comfortably in the queen sized bed. The bathroom was clean and ready for use. I really appreciate the fact that I didn't have to clean the shower before use like I've had to do at other hotels. Reina in housekeeping is a total pleasure to talk to and super friendly with a great smile. The front desk clerks are very nice and welcoming and always smiling. The fireplace in the lounge is super nice and the bartenders offer great company. Really enjoyed the pool! I appreciate being able to use the business center to print my contacts. The hotel is very well kept and the parking lot is patrolled all night (thanks). Three breakfast was really good and I really liked having biscuits and gravy.

Food was 👍 wonderful... Nice Happy Staff... Helpful front desk people... Nice rooms and a good bed.. clean bar area with lounge clean pool area clean workout equipment.... Definitely coming back... A really beautiful hotel for the price .

When I arrived in CA, my husband & I stayed at another hotel and was given such poor service. So then we booked a room here instead. What a major difference!! Immediately upon check in, the clerk was so friendly and communicative. She was able upgrade us at no extra so we could have the breakfast vouchers included.
We got fresh towels when we requested. The breakfast was good. Every staff member was so friendly. Great experience. I'd recommend this place to anyone...much appreciated!

Stayed 2 nights in August. Had a couple of maintenance issues with the toilet and TV functioning and the front desk was slow to respond. Ice maker broken in building B. However the pool and room was super clean. The balcony was great. I still recommend this hotel as my FIRST choice in Stockton.

Rooms are normal, clean & have a keurig. Breakfast is from 6a-10a, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, breads/muffins, juice, coffee & hot chocolate. Great breakfast!
