I moved into an older house in this neighborhood about a month and a half ago, and this Ace Hardware has already come to my rescue at least a dozen times.

Literally EVERYONE who works here has been incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and it really is such a godsend knowing that they are right down the road.

If I had any complaints at all, it's that their website really doesn't want to let me place online orders - but that isn't the store's fault, so no points off them.

I came here with a shower faucet clogged with calcium from city water, and a guy named Hub saved my day and over 200 dollars in potential plumbing repairs.
It reminded me of the "old days" when hardware employees knew a lot about what they sell and helped the customer troubleshoot a problem.

Great hardware store. Extremely helpful. They take the time to answer questions and look products up for you. Prices are a little more expensive than the big box guys and the selection is not quite as good but they more than make up for it in service and being attentive to your needs. Join their rewards program to receive coupons and special deals throughout the year. Highly recommended!

This is the Greatest Hardware Store Around, The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, I had to return an item that i had for a year... it was replaced Immediately... in and out fast... They Truely Care About People.... Keep Up The Personal Service.. Wont Shop anywhere else now...

While I was shopping for a new garden hose, I explained to the employee, Ty that I have tried several times to remove the sprayer from my current hose but unable. He told me to bring it in and he’d remove it for me! I took him up on that offer, and sure enough he was able to hacksaw that thing off!! Talk about going above and beyond! Gotta love these locally owned shops.

Nice small hardware store. The staff are all super friendly and very helpful. While the didn't have what we were looking for, the staff offered to order the unusual item for us. We did find a substitute that worked well with their help. Excellent customer service will keep us coming back.

The people there are super helpful. They go out of their way to make your visit a pleasant experience. Bought a toro super recyceler mower. They not only filled it with gas and oil, but they also delivered it to my house at no charge. Fantastic customer service.

Bob did an excellent job helping me find the right metric screw for my son's atv foot shifter. Good guy.

Today was my first time goin in there I went to find some screws for my amp an I thought it was impressive how the gentleman that helped me just took a look at the holes where I needed the screws an knew exactly what I needed I thought that was awesome they were very helpful and polite in there I'd recommend anyone to go there to get any of their hardware needs met.

Every time I come to this store someone helps me find something! The moment you walk through the door, they greet you and want to help. Very nice staff, always friendly kind, and they all know their products well!

Went to get some bolts for my plate, the gentleman that helped me took the time to look up the right bolts and put them on my car. 10/10 service, will come again

Literally have just about everything you need. The rewards card does work, so spend money & get good useable coupons. Staff is always on point & selection is vast given the size, which is decent once you get in. Support local, shop small, skip home Depot for items that can be bought here. Prices are where they need to be, due to the amount of time you spend getting what you need & accessibility of it. You're generally able to get what you need & not have to cover 2 football fields worth of walking.

I bought some Ace garbage cans & insect spray. The cans are so durable & especially on sale,$16.99, beats the larger retail stores by a long shot! The insect spray worked GREAT! Good spraying distance,works quickly. Tried this to kill fruit flies and gnats. If Raid is too expensive, this is the next best thing. I definitely will buy again( on sale 2/$5).

Great customer service ..Had to order product that was not in stock. They are not afraid to wait on customers..Same product they looked threw out the store too find it ..

A well stocked hardware. Very helpful sales people. So happy they opened a store like this in the Boardman area. Don't like having to go to the big warehouse places all the time. If they don't have something in stock they will order it for you. It comes in very quickly. Excellant store.
