Turtle Hill Cabins

Absolutely perfect get away. Nice.. private... secluded hill side cabin. Fully stocked kitchen including gas grill on back deck. The Whip- Poor- Will cabin has everything you need. Nice hot tub, gas fire place. So much character for a small cabin. Will definitely be back. The owner takes pride in what they have. Thank you for a much needed get away.

My husband and I had a wonderful time! The cabin was beautiful and clean. It had a hot tub and a deck. The view was amazing. There was no cell service out there which actually made it better! The owner was very nice and we couldn't beat the price!

I wish I had stayed longer. The cabin is adorable and the hot tub is a wonderful bonus. The woods around the cabin were fun to explore and it was super quiet. It's also 20 minutes from most attractions at Hocking Hills making it a great home base. I definitely plan on returning again in the future when I have more time.

NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING!! Location and how well kept the cabin is. Fully stocked just bring your food and personal items. Peaceful and relaxing inside and out. The owners definitely take care of what they have. This was our 2nd time and will definitely be back.

We stayed here for our anniversary and enjoyed the weekend immensely. There were a lot of little personal touches in the cabin. We really felt like we were out in the wilderness and not in a commercialized area. The view was beautiful and the whip poor will looked down upon a running creek. The cabin was very quaint and clean and felt like home. Would highly recommend turtle Hill!

We have now stayed in BOTH cabins. Love the quiet, serene location. They both have awesome and clean hot tubs and the cabins are clean, well decorated, and stocked with your needs. The owners are very responsive. Bring your own food and personals and you are set! Love staying with both Turtle Hill cabins!

Very cute cabin, decorated great. Hot tub, gas grill, gas fireplace, nice decks, fire pit, washer & dryer ~ everything you would ever need. Can hear the brook babble after a rain. So relaxing. Owners are great. We'll go back again. Thanks for being an awesome place to stay.

Couldn't have been more perfect! (We stayed in the Whip-poor-will, the smaller of the two cabins). The cabin is beautiful and secluded. Amenities like the kitchen, heating, bathroom, hot tub, etc. are modern while the cabin itself still feels old-fashioned, cozy and comfortable. Elaine and Terry are extremely friendly and were a pleasure to talk to during the booking/check in process. We cannot recommend it highly enough and will definitely be back!

The Whip-poor-will cabin was exactly what I was hoping for when I started looking for a nice place to spend a weekend. I instantly felt at home and the couple days spent there went by entirely too fast. Owners Elaine and Terry provided everything I could have wanted and then some, including cute touches like board games and pumpkin scented hand soap.
I would recommend staying with them to anyone, and will definitely be returning myself.

We recently stayed a 2nd time at the Whippoorwill cabin. The secluded location is perfect! Not to mention, if you're a hiker, The Buckeye Trail is literally just at the end of the driveway. The owners, Elaine & Terry are very kind. If you are looking to unplug and relax I highly recommend Turtle Hill Cabins!

Just left here today. Wonderful 2 day getaway. All you need is your clothes and your food. Many personable things you wouldn't think you need, until you need them. For example, an umbrella for grilling in the rain! Truly enjoyed everything!! Hope to come again.

We love Turtle Hill. Elaine is always super friendly. The cabin is spotless, and is stocked with all the necessities, and plenty of extras. Its location is secluded, and beautiful. Can't wait to go back this spring. Truly our favorite in Hocking.

Sweet, lovely cabin, the Hemlock. Great space to take a breath and just relax and enjoy the quiet. Pack you bags and go. Everything you need is in the cabin, towels, hairdryer and my favorite coffee maker etc. Bring your food or discover some local restaurants close by. We enjoyed the recommendation of Pizza Crossing. We also picked up some local coffee beans and a few other items to make breakfast. You are close to so much, yet tucked away to see the stars at night.

Amazing vacation. This is a great cabin. Pleny of room for friends and family. Management is wonderful. We arived earlier than we agreed to and left later. Not only was our unreasonable request accomidated since the cabin was not cleaned to their standard we were given some delicious home made jams and bacon. The charm of this place is how secluded it is. It is a good 20 min slow drive through the mountain, so make sure you bring everything you need. Once you get here you realize it is worth it. The price is extreamly reasonable. Thanks for some great memories.

Very Clean & Cute Cabin. It has everything you need and it's close to the park. No one else around you. It was wonderful. Will stay here again in the future!
P.S. Make sure you bring a vehicle that can climb the steep driveway if you stay in the bigger cabin! 😎

Secluded, free firewood, hot tub, privacy, the money game was fun. We recently bought a Subaru Crosstrek which was a good thing cause the road to get to the cabin was steep, gravel, windy but the Subaru crawled right up it

We rented the large cabin for a 50th birthday girls getaway and absolutely loved it. Our weekend was rainy and cool, but we barely cared. 💗💗💗

It was a quaint quiet place. Very peaceful. Just what the Dr. ordered! Thanks. Will definitely return next time we need a getaway.

Affordable and super private. You can tell it is privately owned in their cleanlines and attention to detail.

Cute, clean, remote but located near all the Hocking Hills spots. Will be back.
