Freedom Bound Quilt Shop

Awesome little quilt shop in town with lots displays (my favorite to look at), fabric selections and classes. Met Lacy and Annie, both extremely helpful and friendly. If I lived close, I would definitely take classes here.
A must go to shop.

With welcoming co-owners, Lacey and Annie, this shop was very exciting for the Mason Ohio star quilters to visit. They have a beautiful selection of fabric and plenty of sewing tips to share.

I had the pleasure of meeting Annie who works at the shop of two years. She shared with me many charities that her local quilters can do for the community such as Linus quilt, Quilts for veterans. Along with volunteer opportunities to help others, quilters attend social events such as Locked In and Sip and Sew.

Annie ideas helpful and spent time by giving me a tour. Stop by her shop and make a difference for someone else.

The shop has variety of fabrics and new items that you may want to try and add to your collection of tools.

They also have long arm machine that you could be trained for and use their machine for your own quilting once you complete your own quilts.

Such a cute quilt shop. The owner was very nice and helpful. We will definitely return the next time we are in the area!

I would recommend this little shop. The owners are very friendly and supportive. Lacy got me involved with the Quilt Of Valor foundation which I enjoy.

I’ve been here before and nice to be back! Nice selection of fabrics, panels, and long arm service.

Very nice store, however, they didn't have the cutting tool for the Mosaic patterns. Need more info on those patterns. Bought a pattern but I believe I need more supplies. Offered to order tool but I declined.

I can’t really review the store because it was impossible to look at anything due to a little white dog who was apparently unhappy with my presence. He kept chasing around my feet and barking. I use a cane and was afraid the little terror was going to knock me down. The woman kept threatening to put its collar on but did nothing to contain the dog. We traveled about 90 minutes to get there so it was very disappointing.

Placed an online order on Feb 1 and noted it was for a class on Feb 9. My credit card was charged Feb 2. I called the shop on Feb 2 and inquired, stating again it was needed on Feb 9. Was told they had the fabric and could cut and ship that day.

On Feb 8, I requested shipping and tracking information as I had received none and no fabric. It was never sent by the shop. Recieved a text back on Feb 9, apologizing and offering a refund.

I received the tracking shipping info from the shipper on Feb 9.
The label to ship was not placed until Feb 6 and the fabric not delivered to shipper until Feb 7, 5 DAYS AFTER THEY PROMISED, and clearly not in time for a class on Feb 9 (I drove to store a long distance to pick up fabric that am day of class).

Fabric arrived day after class. Had it been shipped as promised, it would have made it. Had I been told they could not ship on time, I would have reversed the order back on Feb 2.

I was promised a refund on Feb 9, and as of now, 11 days after that promise, no refund.

They provided slow service on the order and failed to do as they said they would. Promised refund and not delivered on that either. Not a shop that I would recommend or ever use again.

They are an outlier among shops I have used. At the same time I ordered from them, I ordered from 4 others, several of them much further away. The other 4 shops delivered without a problem, sent tracking info, and fabrics arrived in a couple days, well ahead of class date.
