The Food was Perfect! Everything was Cooked to Perfection, The Food was Hot and Fresh! We Did Dine In and It is a very nice Interior, the Only Negative was the Seats and Tables weren’t very clean. Still Enjoyed Much So!

Excellent customer service tonight.The food is fresh, hot and absolutely delicious! It was nice to get such amazing service in a drive thru. Will most definitely stop back in!

I've loved LJS since I was a kid, and anytime I go, I'm never disappointed. The fish and chicken are always fresh and crispy, those hush puppies are seasoned to perfection, and honestly everything is always so so so freaking good!!! Started eating them again while I was after a long unwanted hiatus, and it tastes the exact same as it did when I was a kid.

This place was dead, so we got our food right away. Idk why all these locations are shutting down. I love long John's, always have since I was a kid. I hope this one stays open! 🙏🏻 ❤

Heidi is the definition of good customer service. Very polite and doesn't make you feel as if you're a bother to come to this restaurant like some other places do. Food was excellent also. Thanks Heidi!

The staff was busy and did a great job. I hear alot of long john silvers are closing. Lord i hope ours don't. There was a couple that drove awhile to get to eastgate just for the food.

This is the best Longjohns that I've eaten at in the greater Cincinnati area. The service is really nice and helpful. The area is under construction. But this really is the best ljs around!

Fish was quite tasty and hot. I had the cod. The drive thru person was friendly and asked how my day was going which I thought was nice. I could tell the fish had just been made too. Top notch!

Everything was hot and fresh. Friendly staff in the drive through. I was a bit lost. The drive through guy was so well rehearsed that I though it was a recording when they mentioned the special and then said "go ahead with your order whenever you're ready. No biggie but there was a long pause. I like this place and if it's not fresh and hot then it's horrible! I'd come back!

Every restaurant offers fish during Lent but my go to year round favorite is LJS ! AlwYs fresh always hot and the same taste every time!

Thd line was long but it wasn't necessarily slow. I was behind a line of people buying the family size dinners so it took a little longer. The food was super fresh though! Ling John's is pretty hit or miss anymore but this location has been pretty good everytime I've been there. I dont go super often as it isn't healthy food but sometimes you just want some greasy fish!

The food here was excellent it was so fresh and the service was good also if I didn't live so far this would be my go to place
