Every time I go to this drive-thru it is very fast Very good food They do a real good job there If only they can teach the people down in New Richmond Ohio Taco Bell how to actually run their business then things would be much better down there They need some real training They need to learn like the Amelia Taco Bell Amelia Taco Bell has been a great restaurant I go there several times a week I used to go to New Richmond Ohio Taco Bell a lot but not so much anymore I'm pretty much quitting going there just because the way they act treat their customers disrespectful they don't have manners I don't think They need to be taught by management or something I don't know anyway yeah the New Richmond Ohio Taco Bell sucks and I really hate to say that but it's the truth They really need training down there

I've gone to this taco bell for a while now (and especially between the hours 8am-3pm its been the best taco bell I've ever been to. The cook(s) are amazing! Theyve rarely messed up my order, and are very kind and quick to fixing it if they do! Now whenever my partner and I head up this way this is the place we go! I hope this good service never dies!

I have never had issues with this location. Great service and food always! Keep it up!

Got breakfast at 10am here, and it was great. The staff seemed upbeat with their music playing in the back and served the food fast and hot. Also, someone is a pretty good artist, and Taco Bellerina is great

Yummy food and happy hour is a plus for the kiddos and their frozen drinks! The Staff could've been a little more friendly. My kids pointed out they were listening to songs with inappropriate words.

I ordered a grilled cheese burrito box on doordash last night at almost 9 o clock and OH MY GOD whoever made my food deserves a raise its usually really low on meat while theres too many of the other toppings, these however were PERFECT. Every one. And I'm not sure if this was intentional but there was not a whole bunch of ice in my drink which I ENJOYED because it was still ice cold when it got to me but it wasnt watered down. BEST taco bell experience I've ever had. Whoever worked last night, you guys are awesome

It was actually faster this time. The employee was very pleasant. The food was delicious. The bags tear unless u get a fingernail under the sticker and take time to specifically remove the sticker and it hinders the customer to have to go thru this to check order accuracy and slows down drive thru times reflecting on ur numbers.

I love Taco Bell. I eat at this location multiple times a week, and I know most of the employees by name. Sometimes I get my food fast, sometimes it's slow. But when it's slow, I don't stand up at the counter and yell at the employees like some customers here do. That's not going to make your food come out any faster. Don't blame the employees making your food for the wait, blame the customer in drive thru who ordered 3 12 packs of tacos, resulting in a 45 minute wait. Blame the employees who were supposed to come into work but chose to call off or not show up instead. If you know there's going to be a wait based on the majority of the time you've come here, DON'T COME BACK. They're only human and they're working minimum wage jobs at a store with an extremely high employee turnover rate. They're doing the best they can with what they've been given. If your order is wrong and you have the time to go inside and fix it, ask nicely. Yes, they messed up your order and yes it is their fault, but you're not going to earn any brownie points by yelling about it. If you don't have the time to come in, call later and you can get a credit for that order when you bring your receipt in. Most of the employees who work there are teenagers to young adults. They're still learning how to do their jobs to the best of their ability and screaming at them will hinder rather than help. My orders have been wrong before. But most of the time they are correct. Maybe don't order a complicated 7 course dinner through drive thru if you want every item to be correct. People make mistakes. It's a part of life.

Wait a minute... Now wait a minute! Idk if there is new management in there but for the 1st time in years I went tonight 3/20/23 and I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! What!? Unheard of for Amelia Taco bell right, but I swear it. Got a number 7 and switch to avocado ranch and soft taco. My food was hot and flawless! I was scared cause I got it instantly after paying but I was wrong. And here's the kicker, my quesadilla ingredients were EVENLY DISTRIBUTED throughout the whole tortilla and CUT IN 4! When I say I haven't gotten a cut quesadilla or one that I didn't have to Mcgyver myself in years that's no exaggeration. Then my soft taco was actually good! Hot and the tortilla wasn't soaking wet with wilted lettuce. I normally could never eat them because they were soaked and disgusting. Lastly my Mt. Dew even tasted fresh. Whoever is new there tonight I hope you stick around. Your care showed through my meal and I thank you!

445 pm Tuesday voting day. They were out of a couple things. I can see why. I got number 1. Tacos were fresh crispy shell. Best I ever have ever eaten I believe. However I ordered a water. It cost $1.99. I should had ordered the tacos. I thought it would be easier for them. However $1.99 for water? It should had come up 0.

Whoever was working here and making the food tonight deserves to make OVER $20.00 an hour! I quit going to all Taco bells many years ago because they went Down hill and became a horrible, rude restraunt with nasty cold food. Tonight I was craving taco bell but was hesitant to go through what I've gone through in the past. I'm so glad I decided to give it another try! Thanks to whoever made my food tonight! And the cinitwists were actually warm and not cold and stale! A+++++! Very happy satisfied customer!

Food was delicious like always, only it took 25 minutes from arrival to completion meaning receiving my food. Which is completely insane the restaurant want that busy and the drive thru was moving just not inside.

I just recently tried something new that isn't exactly something new to their menu inky new to my taste bud's, chalupa Supreme!!! Omg is so delicious & I'm so glad I actually tried it because it's hard for me to try new things, I usually wait until someone eles gets it & I'll just try theirs lol 😆

This place has taken a complete turnaround it's a nice place to go to my food is always correct in hot they've done a complete turnaround it's a great place to go I really enjoy going here I wish I had more help because drive-thru lines are insane

The tacos were actually hot and had lots of meat in them. Plus, the cheese and lettuce was evenly spread out and not all in one lump like usual. Great job Taco Bell!

This is for bre Greene for the reviewer that is obviously unfamiliar with what it is like to work in a fast pace environment with low staff at night and 2 to 3 DoorDash orders per car I remember that night it was absolutely horrible and stressful and overwhelming because they were so many multiple DoorDash orders but that’s not your problem that is mine so kindness and minding your own business would be nice thank you and enjoy your holidays ☺

Has more and cheaper stuff than other locations around
