6/19/23 - My family has done business with this company for generations. Sadly, our latest experience has us left wanting. We had a "commercial grade" floor installed in our place of business in Sept. 2022. Over the next few months we noticed how easy it is to scratch this "commercial grade" floor. We called in November or December to ask someone to come out to see it and address it under warranty. A young man did come. He explained what they would have to do to fix it, then left. Since then we have called for an update in February, March, April, and again at the beginning June, all with no response. We are just asked by the person who answers the phone to leave a message for the owner. At this point I don't know what else to do to hopefully get someone's attention but leave a comment here. I'll be happy to update this review once we reach a successful outcome. 7/27 update - still no call back, left another message. 8/16 - Owner stopped in 8/3, examined floor and explained what would be needed to be done to correct. Nothing since.
