Dianna Randolph is such a professional audiologist and very thorough when giving a hearing test. She even took time to show me how to make adjustments to my hearing aids using my phone app. I've had these hearing aids for 3 years and am very pleased with their performance.

I had a great learning experience at this office. It was my first visit after seeing the same audiologist for about 29 years. Learned a few technical details regarding room acoustics and my ability to hear clearly. Received a thorough review of my insurance benefits and recommendations if new devices needed to be purchased.

Shelly and the receptionist were both very friendly and helpful. It was an easy appointment. The testing was quick and so were the results.

As always the staff is courteous and efficient and Dianna is an excellent audiologist. I always have a positive experience.

Dianna Randolph is my audiologist. She is always quick and thorough and knows just what to do to solve any issue with my hearing aides.
When I first met with her and described my hearing loss, she suggested that it might be a Workmans Comp case. Sure enough it was, it took over a year but WC totally covered the cost.
I went back to Dianna and my hearing aides have changed my life.
