Ethan's Retreat in the Woods

Beautiful place! I Hope the Owner finds these pictures to post on his Cute Pet Board! The place was very clean. Had a great couple days!

Beautiful scenery off back deck. The owner, Ted Wilson went beyond the call of duty. There was a severe storm that knocked the power out half of the day and into the night (9:00 pm). He came out, hooked up a generator with gas and even came back later with more gas. Someone who truely cares about the people who rent his cabin. Way more than 5 stars!
The cabin was very nice and well stocked. We will return!

Perfect getaway 👌 really loved how it was so welcoming to our doggins Luna. Beautiful sites and hiking. Very clean and well maintained, enjoyed shutting off the every day busy schedules and having no wifi and cells. We will definitely return .

Not only is this the cutest, comfiest cabin, the owner made my (now husband) and I feel so special! The owner's wrote our names on the door and left a big Bride sign for my bridal party and I when I stayed Friday night, then had chocolates, champagne, and a bride and groom champagne stopper for us when my husband and I stayed on our wedding night. We plan on coming back for our 1 year anniversary. Thank you so much!!

We LOVED our stay at Ethans! It was very quiet and relaxing. They are also dog friendly so you can bring the whole family! The hot tub is a huge bonus, we spent most of our time in the hot tub with the jets off just listening to the quiet of nature. It is 3/4 mile down a private road that dead ends at the cabin. If you are going in cold weather I would suggest a 4 wheel drive vehicle as it was slick leaving and I had to kind of make a go at it in my sorento. We loved the wildlife ( deer & bunnies ) that were abundant on the property.

We stayed at Ethans Retreat this past weekend and it was aweome! You couldn't stay at a better location. The land is beautiful and is very peaceful.
They left us Fresh Farm Eggs and wine. The place is clean. I'm very glad I stayed at Ethans Retreat.

I was in need of a secluded stay away. I could not have asked for a better location and such an awesome place to stay. Really wished it could have been a week! We will return. Lots of extras and TLC by the hosts with great communication.

My husband and I stayed a few years back and loved it, we finally are getting the opportunity to return next month on our Anniversary!! We can't wait. We loved it!

I would give 10 stars if I could. This place was absolutely amazing. Quiet. Secluded. Snacks and wine waiting for you. And all the fixins for S’mores! No TV, internet or outside stress to distract you. We will definitely be back a lot!

Tucked back off-road, nestled in the trees. A perfect get-away from the hussel and brussel of everyday life. It is truly a retreat to relax and reboot. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful setting. Suoer cute house and nancy Dawson was wonderful!!

Great atmosphere, surrounded by beautiful woods, and a great place for familys to unplug and spend time together. 5 stars, and would definetly recomend!

Going today, for the 6th time. Our true retreat! 💗
