Motel 6 Franklin, OH

The motel is easy to get to and convenient to several fast food places. It looks like it was recently painted and seemed clean. Our room was large and well stocked with towels. A/C worked great. The beds were not super comfortable but they were clean. We chose this hotel because they are pet friendly and had large areas to walk our dogs.

I booked 5 rooms with them a night before I needed it and the front desk was very accommodating. Every interaction I had with the front desk was lovely and friendly. Rooms themselves were clean for the price. Furniture, bathrooms, and doorknobs were older and you could clearly see the age, however, beds and pillows were both clean and comfortable. Motel 6 was a comfortable stay for the single night our team was there and was an attractive distance to Cincinnati.

Hotel 6 Franklin, Ohio is hands down a Hotel that feels at home and makes you feel like family. Extremely clean and attention to detail brings and keeps any family or relatives the feeling to stay longer. The staff is great and courteous and this Hotel is pet friendly and thats a plus to all my fellow animal lovers. Also, last but not least, this Hotel is the most budget friendly. Lastly, Hotel 6 Franklin, Ohio is the best bang for your buck and the best atmosphere you and your family(including furry family members) will encounter!!

The room and lobby smelled super good and clean! The room was up to date, big bathroom! I reserved for one night but I will be back. Gas stations near by and food places all in walking distance! Helpful staff, friendly! This place is a good place and the price was good too

The front desk service was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and recent renovations made this feel very up-to-date. In terms of improvements possible: the underlying bed frames are metallic and a touch squeaky under the mattresses, but not a big issue. And having one or two chairs in our room would have been a definite plus, or perhaps another small table to put things on. Overall, quite satisfied with the value, even if there isn’t a breakfast included, McDonald’s, Wendy’s and a family restaurant are all a one minute walk away.

Front desk people very helpful and the house keeping was excellent. room was very clean and smelling good. very good to me and my fiance and my dog. I would come here anytime to rent a room.

The staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful! The rooms have been recently updated and felt clean and fresh. We will likely stay here again. Nice room for the price!

Clean, secure, and well managed. The staff (Tracy and Ratesh) were very friendly and accommodating to me and my wife, as well as our two dogs. The pets stayed for free which was the main selling point for us. The bed was very comfortable for us, but everybody has different preferences. The cable TV offered plenty of channels and movies. All and all, we had a great stay and will return to this location if we ever come back to this area.

We had no issues with our stay. We stayed for 4 nights and had no issues. Comfy place. If you don't need anything fancy this is good.

Motel 6 has been recently remodeled.
It is pretty nice.
Wouldn't be leary of truck stop next door.
Still quite and peaceful.

Stayed here when we came for ham convention, we will use this location every year. Clean facilities and nice staff. No breakfast however. Thank you motel 6 Franklin.

I liked it here. had to stay for a week. Room service was good and staff helped me whenever I needed them. I liked how there was nearby food. I will come back next month.

What can I say, it's a motel 6. Very clean for a motel. This one gets 5 stars from me because not only do they allow pets but (at least when I stayed) they allowed 2 pets to stay for free! That's amazing! Check in was a breeze. Great location. If you're looking for amenities, breakfast, etc you can probably find that at a similar price nearby but for pet owners I would highly rec this motel.

Me and my husband had to stay at this location as our house was getting renovated. We absolutely loved it. Tesh the beautiful young man at the front desk was an absolute delight. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. housekeeping is very good as well. I recommend this place if you are looking for a budget friendly option.

Perfect location if you’re on the go for business need food, gas, and rest areas nearby. Affordable and Clean.
