The lady that works there is very nice and she is always helping people fix their phone, Thanks for her nice and kind help, we need more workers like her.

The lady at this store always get things done. I've had so many issues with resolving problems on the phone and at other stores. She's always so eager to help and knows her job well. Thank u!

I walked in and was greeted immediately. This is hands down the BEST BOOST MOBILE store I have ever visited. It’s very clean, updated, and the employees are lovely. Tonya (owner) worked over an hour to get my line back in working order. I was ecstatic. (I didn’t think that it was going to work). Anyway she is so kind and generous. I highly recommend switching to boost and going to this store to do it. Great deals and affordable phones and accessories!!! Thank you so much for everything!!!

Tonya is absolutely the BEST representative for Boost EVER. My wife and I walked in while she was helping an upset customer and she patiently resolved his issue, which ended up being from something he did in his settings, yet she made him feel valued. Loved to see him smiling and happy as he left. Then Tonya focused her attention on us and what we needed and very patiently and courteously, set us both up on a program that was perfect for us. Very professional, very knowledgeable and very respectful. I HIGHLY recommend Tonya for anyone seeking a first class representative for Boost Mobile.

Went in by mistake and she helped me set up my phone on a carrier that wasn't even Boost. Tonya was so friendly and helpful.

Now I'm switching to Boost and guess who I'm going to.

My GF went in MULTIPLE times to find out why her ACP wasn't applied to our bill. There's a kid that doesn't know anything and the manager no where to be found. This store is the worst. Eventually we decided to switch and getting a simple code from them turned into chaos and misinformation. Told us we need to call customer service.. customer service said go-to store., back and forth 4 times. They don't know what their doing. Tonya is rude and off putting. Don't get involved. Worst customer service experience ever and I've dealt with spectrum. Smh

I'd give a 0 if possible. They aren't open during regular posted times. And if you happen to find someone working they are incompetent. Customer service instructs you to come to a nearby location and they need to be told by customer service via your phone how to complete transactions. Go to ANY other boost location. Tonya is the worst.

After the first location wasn't opened we drive to another to find the same thing. Why post your business hours online and on the front door, if you're not going to be open? Why do we continue to think Boost will get better???? They always leave us hanging when we need them. Errrr....

Drove all the way there to find out they left the store till 2:15 pm. It was 1 pm when i arrived and walked up to the door to find a hand written note saying they left work yet supposed to be open till 7pm.....nice waste of time.

I'm a Metro user, boost was not for myself, they charge for every little thing,even coming into their store to pay your phone bill.

You need updates your phone inventory.
