Crane's Mattress

I had a great experience shopping at Crane’s in Tiffin, Ohio. Our sales woman, Tricia, was super helpful and patient. I’ve been looking for a quality mattress for quite some time. We had a 2 hour drive to the showroom …a drive we were willing to make because Cranes offers some mattresses not available elsewhere. It was funny to go from bed to bed and try to pretend I was going to sleep, but honestly, to be able to try them out in the show room was just what my husband and I needed. I always felt valued and I never felt pressured - even when I was trying to decide between options with large price differences. Many options were offered for delivery… Always accommodating my schedule.… The more I think about it the more I realize this is the best sales experience I’ve had in a really long time! Thank you!

Deb was phenomenal to work with at Crane’s. She was very patient with us and extremely knowledgeable. She helped us select the best mattress for our needs, they are not all created equal. We are super excited for their arrival. We also met the owner Kathy. Shopping small and local is the best!! I’m confident this is not something you want to purchase online or at big box!

Deb Kelley was super friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional helping my husband and I to buy a Posh and Lavish mattress with adjustable bed frames. We came from out of state because Crane Mattress prices could not be beat!! Deb coordinated the delivery of the mattress with our trip from Tennessee and provided us a sweet welcoming gift. The whole experience was well worth our trip!

The sales person was knowledgeable and lead me through several options. She was kind and friendly and took my best interested to heart.

Our experience was top notch! Deb at the Findlay store took very good care of us in store, making sure to listen to our needs and give us plenty of time to ask questions and test out the beds in store. We didn’t feel pushed or pressured. Initially we planned on shopping around at a few stores but after everything Deb did for us, there was no point looking elsewhere. We were able to select our delivery date. The guys dropped off the bed in record time without issue and we’re very satisfied with our decision. For anyone looking for a bed, who would like to be able to touch and test a bed in store, versus online, should seriously consider Crane’s!

I purchased a queen size mattress and foundation I'm the store about 3 weeks ago. There several mattress types to fit sleep preferences and budgets. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. My sale was quick and the delivery team was respectful of my home.

Deb did great and was patient while I shopped - she listened and recommended several options, wasn't pushy and did a fantastic job - would highly recommend!

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and quickly led us to the best option fir our needs. Both the owner and the salesperson went out of their way to get us set up for a timely delivery. This is a local company that truly serves their community.

Excellent customer service from Wes @ Fremont, OH store. Chose items in early December, a lot of renovating to be done before move in. Finally ready to take delivery at end of January. Timed it right for a promotion with great savings! Added a pillow protectors and delivery scheduled for next Thursday !! Wes was terrific to work with. Happy to recommend this store !

Trisha Riley ( our salesperson) was amazing! Acknowledged as soon as we walked into the door, even though she was busy she still made it a point to check in with us to make sure any questions were answered. Friendly easy to talk to the experience was great, looking forward to my bed delivery :-)

I am so pleased with my time and service at Cranes Mattress. Deb Kelly was so nice and laid back, made my experience buying a new mattress effortless and enjoyable. I had a horrible experience across town by two pushy men when I was simply just looking at mattresses. Because Deb made it so easy and calm, I purchased a mattress right away and didn’t feel pressured but excited to get a new mattress and look forward to my comfy nights sleep! Thanks Deb!!

Great prices and helpful staff; Trisha was great to work with, and Ray Crane (the owner) wound up being very helpful with a warranty issue. I can say from experience that if something goes wrong with your purchase, they help get it straightened out, work with the manufacturer to apply the warranty, and replace/remove anything that turns out to have a defect (in my case, a spring that broke after a couple weeks). Definitely a good company to work with.

Deb was great 👍. Between showing us and letting us try mattresses and then all of the paperwork. 💯 percent family friendly. I rate this place 5 stars.

Deb was great! We looked at Crane's first and fell in love with a mattress and decided to look around at other stores to be sure. Not only did we not find another mattress close in comfort but also couldn't find one close in price. Love the mattress and Deb was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone looking for honest prices and comfort.

I was dreading spending an evening with pushy sales people, but we didn't have to worry about that with Crane's! Tricia was great at answering all our questions and making sure we had the information we needed while giving us space to make a decision, and we never once felt pressured to buy. I would highly recommend shopping here.

I was actually going to go to another store in Findlay because of prices I saw advertised at that location. However we had bought a bed at Cranes years ago and I thought I would take a quick look before heading to the other Retailer. Within 5 minutes of being in the store I decided I was buying our new bed from Cranes. Trisha was polite, knowledgeable and just overall NICE. I don’t really know if I ended up paying more than I would have at the other retailer, I can only tell you I received excellent service at Cranes. The delivery men called and gave me an ETA of 10 minutes. They were right in time, they were polite, clean and patiently waited till I pinned the bed skirt to the box spring then placed the mattress in place. If I would give them more than 5 stars I would do so

Went there on a whim. Bought a new mattress and pillow. Wes was very informative and very friendly. No pressure to buy anything. Helped me with 12 month interest free financing. Got the mattress I wanted. My old one makes me wake up several times a night. This new one has a 10 year warranty. It will be here March 2. Can't wait.

From when we walked in the door until the item was delivered, the staff at Crane's Mattress did a great job.

The sales staff was knowledgeable of the product and the delivery staff was polite and on-time. The entire transaction felt very personnel.

We will be using them for our future purchases.

Had a wonderful experience shopping for a new mattress. The sleep consultant was able to address my concerns (spinal stenosis and hip replacement) and make positive recommendations. It was a difficult decision, but I've found a fantastic Serta to meet my needs. Getting an adjustable stand was a pleasant bonus. Delivery and set-up were accomplished in a timely and efficient manner. I really appreciated there was none of that "need to make a decision right now" stuff.
