We were towed here with a fatal oil problem 1000 miles from home at the start of a month long road trip. They stopped what they were doing and got us back on the road. They couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Truly friends in need. Cannot recommend them more highly.

On January. 24th I had a appointment. To have my brakes worked on. I arrived early for my appointment John said you're early. I asked him if he would like me to come back. Little bit later He said no, let's get this done with attitude He pulled my truck in the garage. I asked him to look at the front brakes also. He said That the pads were half worn out.he Change the rotor. And pads on the back. And told me that the caliper. Needed to be replaced. I told him to order a new caliper He spent about 2 minutes looking for a caliper He said he could not get one locally. I said that's fine. Let me know If you find one. Monday afternoon. I called him. To ask if he found one. He said he would look in the afternoon or tomorrow and he will call to let me know. I did not hear back from him until February 4th He said he located a caliper. I asked him how much it was. He didn't know then I asked him When it will come in. He said he did not know . And I informed him that The break was sticking a little bit on that side He said he would order it ASAP. That Thursday I decided to go to a different garage. To see if they could help me out. They located a caliper within a couple minutes had it installed The next day and front brakes that were more like 90% worn out I will definitely not recommend. Or go back to jws Automotive
