Byrne Dairy and Deli

Just bought 4 subs during a rush. They had a line of people who also wanted subs, and plenty of others around the store needing help with different things. The woman who made my subs was so genuine & kind, it made my day. Customers were being so rude to her yet she kept a smile and was polite to everyone. That woman deserves a raise. More people need to be like her. Very sad to see the way customers treat the staff here.

Ordered a large cheese pizza tonight from the store on Elmira street in Ithaca and the lady that made it did an amazing job!!! It was the best we ever ate!! Thank you so much!!

HOORAY to Christina and the team at Byrne Dairy this morning (booo to Door Dash) I placed an order for breakfast pizzas for a company meeting, and when I arrived, the order had never been placed (again, BOOO Door Dash). Christina rallied her team members, and whipped out 5 breakfast pizzas in no time at all, offering me a complimentary cup of coffee and apologizing for the wait. Such incredible service, thank you so very much!

I was very pleasantly surprised with how friendly, attentive and understanding the gentleman at the counter was. He was doing a phenomenal job multitasking between patrons, while providing prompt personable service with a smile. Wish I knew his name so I could give him a formal compliment. The store was also clean, organized and well stocked. There’s nothing more I could ask for or expect from a convenience store!!

First time I've ever been inside a Byrne Dairy and it was wonderful! Clean, friendly and you cannot beat the prices especially for gas. They offer a Byrne Dairy debit card now, you get a discount on gas and I am very excited about that! The food is so good and they offer specials everyday. I will be back!

Fantastic service. Get yourself a big-size "travelling Tuesday" mug, and get as much free caffeine as you'd like (every Tuesday!!) for the rest of your life. Also, their ice cream, snacks, subs, beer, is stellar. These folks treat Ithaca right! Enjoy!

Great place to stop for a snack or even a meal. Lots of choices morning, noon and night. The food is really delicious and their fresh donuts are the best

Great customer service, fairly priced basic groceries available 24 hrs/day, and decent pizza too.

Just the best. THE ICE CREAM. Cheeseburger was delicious. Nice people. They got it right.
