Claude the general manager was such a great help finding a unit for one of my antique autos. He is a very professional person who knows what customer service is all about. I will be coming back to this location for any future needs!

I have been a renter with Prime Storage for several years now. They are one of the best storage facilities I’ve had! Claude, the GM is very personable and caring. He will make sure you have a great move-in/move-out (or to another unit), & “during your rental” experience. Over the years we collect so much stuff and there’s just not enough room at our main residence, so I’m on my third unit! Lol I must say the pricing is very reasonable and the location is easily accessible from the major highways or streets. The facility is safe outside of the office hours and Claude and his team do an excellent job with the upkeep. It’s always clean and when the weather attacks (snow and leaves) they are on it! You will, your personal belongings will, be very happy with Prime Storage in Centereach NY. I surely am. :-)

The staff and property are without a doubt outstanding I brought my children her to rent space which says a lot especially people who know me. If you need storage space Prime storage is the best by far

From day one in Centereach ny it is like a second home the staff is awesome. When I see people come in to look for a unit I share my experience and tell them they won’t find a nicer cleaner safer place to store their stuff. I’m storing my memories and there is no other place I would go

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with how CLEAN this storage units are! Everything looks absolutely brand new! Not to mention how good the main office smells as well. What a pleasure Claude was. He explained everything thoroughly upfront.

Rented an upper unit space, accessed with rolling stairs, cost approx $48/month, no issues, owner on-site and available Mon-Sat, would do business again with Prime Storage

So far so good. The gentleman in the Centereach office was so helpful and kind. Price was better than most that I looked at.

The agent who checks in customers during the morning is extremely efficient and knowledgeable about the product. He is also quite friendly, yet professional…great customer service skills. The storage facility in generally was quite clean and welcoming as usual. The lockbox was also generally clean, but the floor of the unit was a little dusty. Maybe the floor of the lockbox could be mopped.

I'm beyond happy with choosing Prime Storage for my storage needs. I've had storage before and have to say this is the best run place I've used.
Price point is spot on. Unit and facility (I have an inside unit) is always clean and organized. The staff is friendly and they take pride in their facility. Claude has always gone above and beyond for me. I always see Claude walking the property and interacting with the customers, he recognizes them by sight. You can tell he cares and that makes a difference.
My only complaint is limited parking at the office when I pop in to pay. Other than that, I've been impressed with Prime Storage and glad I chose them!

This storage place is really good. Easy to set up account and Claude was amazing during the whole experience! Highly recommend
