Always great deals on footwear. I love that they sell water resistant clothing usually 50 percent off.

The sales associates are very helpful and friendly. They were very knowledgeable about their products. They have a decent selection on shoes. I was looking for running shoes and they had many that I can choose from with a variety of types depending on arch support. If they didn't have it in stock and it was available online, they were able to order it and offer it for the same sale price even if the price is different online.

Very helpful staff went way out of there way to make sure I was helped. My son is very picky about his hiking boots. He walked out smiling and with his new boots! Quality products. De ent prices. Superior customer service!

Kim helped me right off the bat as soon as I walked into the store. I didn't really know what I was looking for, and she was able to help me narrow down what I needed in a work shoe. She was so helpful that I even bought a pair of gym shoes at her suggestion! (Plus, they were running a deal for 50% off a second pair of shoes) I have a huge problem finding shoes that give me enough arch support, so she even walked me through using their orthotic machine and I found one that fits like a glove inside the gym shoe. I'll definitely be back!

I can't remember who the employee who helped me was, but she went above and beyond til closing and I tried darn near every shoe in the store. And she was extremely knowledgeable. Give that woman a raise!

The staff at the Lk George outlet is always so very helpful and nice. I just called the store to look for a jacket and Joan helped me out and holding for me to pickup, this on a busy Sunday during the holidays. The Merrell Team there is what service is all about!

We have to make this one of the stores in our loop every time we make the pilgrimage to the outlets. The store is always clean, and well stocked. The staff is always helpful and pleasant.
