First time here today and I must say, definitely a nicer vibe than what I experienced at a different larger music store earlier this week elsewhere. Shame on me for not coming here sooner and supporting a smaller business. Steve had everything I needed and was so polite and even took the time to speak to my nephew and I. This is a magical place filled, literally, floor to ceiling with all things music. Steve is knowledgeable and has a wide variety of everything from sheet music to instruments at varying price points. Steve genuinely cares about each customer, whether you're a professional (me) or a beginner (my daughter). Steve's is the first place I go for all my music needs and I cannot recommend this store enough.

Steve, is awesome! This man knows his stuff and is willing to help you with any of your needs. This location has almost any gear you desire. Would recommend this place to any musician or starter who wants a place that does not rip you off and places great prices on everything + good service.

Steve is an incredible person. He keeps us all in effects, strings and guitars. In the 35 years Inhave known him he has been an ally for keeping Sullivan County musical. He has everything in his store too.
Don’t be afraid to ask. He has bailed me out of many problems with guitar and amp parts without having to wait a week for shipping.

My boyfriend and I aren’t from around this area we live in NJ, the other day we were on a ride back from the Galleria mall and we saw Steve’s music shop sign from the highway, when we pulled up it looked a bit small but as soon as we entered there was so much to look at ! Steve was helpful, let us explore as we wanted too and offered assistance. He has an electric guitar room, acoustic room, some really awesome pedals in stock! My boyfriend was seriously interested in buying a pedal and Steve set us up with a guitar, stool and pedal. He bought the pedal and Steve welcomed us back any time. Truly this shop is a gem, we will stop again!

Steve's Music Center is a great local music store. I have known Steve for over 25 years and been a customer for just as long. He has a great selection of effect pedals, accessories, pickups, new and used instruments, amps, a dedicated acoustic guitar room, and a big library of music books and tab. If you don't live nearby, you can order from the website and Steve will personally pack and ship your order anywhere in the country and beyond. Steve even has on site music lessons available and if you need a guitar or piece of equipment repaired, he will take care of you! By the way, Steve is one of nicest guys you'll ever meet! Support your local music shop!

Steve is very knowledgeable and friendly, I've purchased 3 guitars from him recently and love how he does his best to be a resource while also being hands-off and not making him feel like he's a salesman looking over your shoulder. Great place, good vibes 👍

Stopped here in between shows with my band Sunrot and we were all pleasantly surprised. This is one of those music shops where you can spend hours checking out cool gear and finding hidden treasures. Steve is a really nice guy too and knows a lot about the equipment he sells. This place ROCKS!

Steve is a great individual. Very kind & generous. I've known him for over 20 years. He's so musically & instrumentally inclined I can't think of anyone better suited to run a music shop.

I've been going to Steve's for years. The Steve is a great guy who is always helpful. Guitar lessons are available. I often go there around the holidays for things for the kids. Kazoos, harmonica, bongos, maroccas etc . Oh yeah, guitars and strings too.
