On my first visit, I brought in 5 shirts to be laundered. 3 of the 5 came back badly damaged, all in the same place along the collar. Not the subtle fraying that occurs over time; but long and wide fraying that that was new and glaring. The owner insisted this was caused by my chin. Do not go here!
