Sal went over everything that was going to be done in this very big project with no problems. We have had an abysmal time with CR Solutions Group and our Fonality contract. Our phone service breaks up all the time now, and when ever we call or email for help from either CR Solutions or Fonality we have to write multiple times for an answer. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
