Trusted Caliber Collision at Eastgate, Cincinnati, with my precious Dodge Charger and am so glad I did! They did an excellent job on returning it to its previous glory! Great to deal with, too! Awesome experience!

Took my car here after a young teen sideswiped my car in the rain. They quoted me about 3 weeks, and they took less than that. You can't even tell it was ever hit.
I got text message updates through the process.
Their staff are professional and friendly.

I shouldn't have wasted time getting quotes from any other shop. These folks were so helpful, reassuring, and responsive. As a gal who knows nothing about cars, I really appreciated how patient they were with me, thoroughly answering all my questions!

Travis and his crew were excellent! They did great work, kept me updated throughout the process, and finished earlier than expected. All around great customer service!

So far so good, dropped my car off today due to a fender bender. The guy there inspected my car, was courteous, and professional. I'll update on what the car looks like when I get it back.

One of the most thorough and dedicated to customer service shops I have ever been involved with. This is my permanent shop, hopefully I never need them again but if and when I do it's a no-brainer, I will be bringing it here.

They were great at communicating to me what was going on with my van! They even finished earlier then expected which was awesome!!

Highly recommend this shop for your car needs. My car was scuffed and wasn't sure what I needed to fix. Went by Caliber and currently the front desk women stated they are only taking insurance claims, but there was an associate who was on the phone helping others. Sorry didn't catch his name. When he leaned around he asked what I needed and requested to come outside to look at my concern on my car. He went back in shop and came back with some magic in a bottle and got scuff out at no charge. We were so thankful to him and want to give him a big shout out to take his time and willingness to help was greatly appreciated!! They communicated very well, did great work, and came in under budget. I even got my car back a week early on a 3 week repair.

After an accident where a driver backed into the passenger side of my car there was extensive damage. The staff at the Eastgate Caliber location was both knowledgeable and professional. The repairs were completed several days prior to the estimated date given at the beginning of the process. I appreciate the staff's dedication to providing excellent customer service.
