Called at around 5pm for a price quote on my brakes which I needed for inspection. Spoke to Andre and quoted me the best price in the area. I brought the car in and not only were the brakes done but they also inspected the car for me so that I didn't have to worry about going somewhere else. Great and fast customer service, friendly and informative staff, will definitely be bringing my car back for other services.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had dealing with auto repair! Came in to get my tire patched up, and Andre and his team were quick to respond to my needs and got it done in 30 minutes. Usually feel like I always lose when it comes to Auto repair shops because of their shady practices. But this Mavis in Vails is going to be my new “Go-To!” See Andre and Mark for first class customer service experience. Hey this is the place to go when you want trouble free service. Not one time have I been disappointed with their service. They worked very hard to find an issue with my car(that only I could hear when o went to other car specialists). They never gave up, fixed the issue with patience and a gracious attitude. Not very common. Credit Andre, one of the managers for the culture of this automotive tire shop. And they do more than tires. Get to know them and trust them with your car like I did and still do.
These guys I trust. And I don’t trust many!!

The customer service here is great. Anthony took great care of me. I got a $20 coupon off my total without asking. I was done with my oil changed within 20 minutes. Very much satisfied!!
