Lyn Aire Motel Lake George

Friendly staff, clean rooms and I can say this with confidence because I use a blacklight to check everything out and it was on point. Close to many attractions . my husband and I plan on making another visit.

From the moment we pulled in, Valerie & her family were beyond accommodating. We got in early, they let us in our room early! Which is always a huge win when traveling with kiddos! The room was clean & organized. The space was a bit smaller than we are use to, but the cleanliness and hospitality made up for that! Even the convenience of coffee all day in the lobby, for us parents-- we were appreciative. Valerie had recommendations on things to do with our kiddos, she helped us navigate the weather changes and was so kind to our kids!!! We will definitely be back in the future!!!!

My family stayed for two nights labor day weekend. First impression was great- property manager was very friendly and the grounds were clean. They are doing some type of construction at the time but it was still neat and orderly in the other areas. The pavilion with air hockey, ping pong and foosball were a nice touch. There are grills scattered about the propery for use which is always nice to have that option of grilling some steaks or burgers.There was also a playground for the kids and a couple basketball ball hoops. Our room was spacious. The kids enjoyed playing all the games and sliding on the slide in the heated pool. Location is just close enough to the hustle and bustle but far enough away to have a nice relaxing family atmosphere. Some rooms are larger than others but have smaller shared decks. Somethings could use updating and a fire pit would be a great addition! I'm sure there is liability with that though.. anyway we would definitely stay there again!

Stayed here last weekend, and it was very nice! Some things are either altered, or completely unavailable at the moment due to covid-19, but that's to be expected. My room was very nice, and cozy. The pool was refreshing! This motel also offers a pavilion/picnic area, as well as a playground for kids. Good location as well. Only a couple of miles drive from the main village of Lake George, and also very close to other local attractions such as The Great Escape! A tad bit on the pricey side, but the staff are very friendly, and the overall amenities make it worth it in my opinion! Note: there is no actual land line phone in the rooms (or at least there wasn't in my room). So if you need to get a hold of the front desk, you'll have to either call on your own mobile phone, or physically walk over there.

Great Service! Cozy place. Couldn't have been happier, we booked last minute and we were pleasantly surprised with how clean and well maintained the rooms were. We also had to check out earlier than expected since my cat got sick. They were very accommodating and kind about it. They also recommended some places in town to eat, which we were extremely happy at each place. It was hospitality at it's best. It wasn't too fancy and it didn't break the budget so we were able to spend a little extra elsewhere.
We had zero issues with the room. We could also see them cleaning the pool every day from the window, which was comforting, it was a nice little one with a small waterside. The Motel is right near the bike path and is in close walking distance to a trolly stop for Lake George Village, sometimes it would even stop at the front mailbox. They use real keys and not cards to get into your room and we were able to get one key for each of us (2).

The Motel is very nice and the rooms are very cozy and comfortable! TV is very nice and The Beds are really great! Very close to the Village only 5 Minutes away! Making it very easy to see Lake George! I stayed here 3 years ago but forgot to leave a review so I am now! I know it's been awhile but I certainly enjoyed my stay! Air Conditioning felt great and was nice and powerful! Nice Mountainous Views from the balcony!

Everything was sparkling clean. Shower was super hot excellent pressure. Staff were excellent. The pavilion with foosball,air hockey and table tennis was an excellent touch especially for my son who was a bit too big for the playground. There is also basketball hoops available and it was wonderful to see people out using this stuff in this electronic age.

Greeted by very nice and helpful girls at front desk. Rooms very clean and large. Pool clean and outdoor landscaping kept very nice. Great spot for our family! Will come back and stay again. light breakfast and coffee a plus! Owner was also very nice on phone when we made reservation.

Had a lovely Anniversary weekend staying here. The hotel was nice, a lot better then the first place I had booked and canceled. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was our first time to Lake George and this place was a lot nicer than some of the places we have stayed at down at the shore. We will definitely be back and staying again.

The check in was quick, easy & polite. Room was adequate. Hot shower & an in-room fridge/microwave. Pool is heated with a fun little waterslide. Suggestions 1) They should have a coffee maker in the room. 2) Covid is over. Breakfast should now be offered.
PS - To you idiots who leave 2, 3 & even 4 star reviews, I find it very mean spirited of you. It’s a small business. Give them a break.

This Place was Awesome!👍😊☺ The FREE continental Breakfast was Great.👍 The Room was cozy and clean. Nice HD TVs, a cute refrigerator, a powerful Air Conditioner, and a Great Shower! The Hotel was only 1.2 Miles ( 5 Minutes ) from The Lake George Village!! Comfortable Beds.👍 Awesome Shampoos and Soaps.👍

I have never stayed at a motel, only because you think of motels as these horrible outdated places to stay on a whim. I have to say that this place totally changed my mind about motels. It was clean, had great amenities for families, and the staff is very friendly and knowledge about the activities in the area. This is a plus to us because we have never been there.

My kids loved the pool with a waterslide, the free ping pong tables and air hockey. The playground was a delight to keep the kids busy and my son loved that there was a basketball court. I loved that they have grills for you to use and the nearest grocery store is 10 minutes away. It was like Camping but staying in a motel.

The only thing that would've made our stay even more awesome was a fire pit to roast some smores with the kids. But I understand you cant have it all.

Overall give this place a chance when visiting Lake George. You will be hooked when you get to have your coffee in the morning under a covered patio outside your door hearing nature and watching humming birds and other birds of the mountains. It was a great break. My husband and I want to go back again.

Extremely friendly and receptive. We reserved with booking.com and we paid in advanced. There was a problem at first but they took care of it and were very patient with us. They had clean and comfy rooms. I would recommend reserving from the site itself or calling before you reserve from a 3rd party to avoid problems however.

I'm very particular when I go on vacation, this motel very clean and continental breakfast was good. Friendly family atmosphere I would stay there again:)
