Excellent customer service! Installation team showed up ahead of schedule and thoroughly went over the locations for the dispensers installed. All dispensers are nicely mounted in appropriate locations. And the service team makes sure everything is stocked and ready to to go. What a difference it made in my business after hiring Cintas!

Let me start off by saying, Cintas is amazing!!!I’ve dealt with other uniform companies before a buddy of mine told me about Cintas. He said “Rick why don’t you go to Cintas, I use them and they are amazing “. Taking my business to Cintas is one of the best business decision I’ve ever made. My driver is great, he takes care of all our needs. Always communicate with my staff, I’m in great hands with Cintas. Whenever I call the office, which is far and few between, they are so friendly but professional. I’d recommend Cintas every day of the week and twice on weekends.

Cintas is always my go to Uniform and Facilities Services provider. Everyone works together to get their customers the best service all while doing it with a positive attitude. They don't pretend there aren't any problems, they work through them with competitive urgency.

As a manager of a local restaurant, we have been beyond impressed with Cintas. Steveo, a Cintas employee, goes above and beyond each week to satisfy the needs of the restaurant. Great people amazing service

My Cintas experience has been all bad. The driver would show up way too early and only change out about 4 of the 12 Mats at my facility. This went on for about 6 months before we just decided to buy our own mats and clean them ourselves. We were able to get all 12 Mats for less than 2 months worth of their bill. When the driver came to pick up the mats on our last week of service he only picked up half of them. I put the others in storage until they get them(they still haven't picked them up). Now they are trying to charge us for their lazy driver not grabbing all the mats. It's been about 3 months now and they are billing us for 3 months of mat usage when we weren't even using them, they were just never picked up.

This company has been difficult to deal with. The only bright spot is the driver who actually delivers our mats, who is professional and friendly. The billing department messed up our bill for months and could not understand that the issue was on their end. The sales rep made the female employee he was dealing with feel belittled and she felt she was being ignored because she's a woman. When I, the owner, stepped in and spoke with the supervisor, my phone call was returned. Mike the rep was hostile and avoidant of me asking to cancel our mat service. When I started to yell on the phone because I'd had enough, he asked me to be professional to which I replied that I do not have to be. While these mats are nice to have in the store for the winter time and rainy days, they're not worth the hassle of actually dealing with the apathy and incredulity of the people in their employ.

They come promising the world and deliver far less. Its also extremely difficult to cancel your services. The two star rating is there for a reason, go to granger and get it direct don't deal with the middle man.

Worst place to work at and worst place to buy from. They will rip you off and the supervisors and sales reps blame it on the drivers. I seen it first hand myself. Real corporate thieves!

I don’t know who took over but we have been receiving the Wrong uniforms from other Places this has been going on for a few Months now
