Had wires showing on 2 tires and they took me right in with no problem or appointment needed. Great guys there they even let me know about my Alignment that I needed Very courteous

My tire pressure sensor alarm went off, I pulled into the TD in Milford that I always use, thinking I just needed air . They didn't even question me that I was a customer, just promptly started filling all my tires. He got to the low one and spotted a screw in the 'corner' where the diameter and sidewall meet., so not repairable. Had the tires I needed in stock, and being Halloween said they could get to it right away, which they did. Very good service and very nice about it.

Every time I come here the customer service is amazing. Yesterday I walked in needing a full set of tires the staff was super friendly, very helpful, squeezed me in and even had my car ready quicker than expected. I’ll definitely be returning! Thanks guys!

Stopped in this morning with a leak in my tire without an appointment, I was there a little before 8 and didn’t realize they weren’t open yet but Kyle went ahead and got me in the system and said they could squeeze me in. I was out of there within the hour patched up and ready to roll. Guys were solid and professional and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. First time ever stopping there and the guys made a great impression, Will be back there in the future for any of my tire needs

I have purchased my tires for all my cars and trucks at Tire Discounters for 40+ years. I've always been able to depend on their reliability to provide the tire and maintenance service needed for my vehicles.

Jamie arrived are our home and was very friendly and courteous! It was a very quick review of paperwork and a few signatures and off they went. The one suggestion I would make would be to offer a smaller drop off window. I had to take my son to an appointment and was not home at drop off but Jamie was able to leave the car in our drive with the keys inside, locked. If I would have had a better idea what time drop off would have happened, we could have done some rearranging.

We used the "skip the shop" option and were so happy we did. The car was picked up right when I was told it would be and brought back within just a few hours with new tires and great service from Jamie. I loved not having to get a ride to or from the shop and not having to sit in the waiting room all day while the car got what it needed. This service is terrific!

Went to check my tiers air level & has been greeted well by the technician & well done.

I've been going to this specific store for many years and can't brag enough about, how wonderful it is to have a place to go, even just to stop and ask a quick question about my vehicle, without being talked down to or screwed over, like I have experienced, many times, as a single mother. Also, a special shout out to a young man, by the name of Kyle, who always seems to be the employee, taking time to listen to me explain my car issues and answering any questions I might have, with no judgment. I'm truly thankful for this store and appreciate being treated fairly. Highly recommended!

Tried the Skip the Shop service for the first time today. Very satisfied. They pick up my car from my work and had it back to me by the time I got off. Dan A. & Jamie were two very sweet older men that did the Skip the Shop service. They took very good care of my car. Appreciate the tips and tricks ideas for my car visor. Appreciate you coming out in the rain.

customer service was great, great funny guys, and the timing was awesome! got me done with four new tires and an alignment before even their earliest estimate. the price was a bit higher than I was expecting but that's more likely my own fault for not doing all the research going in. nevertheless, I will certainly be coming back.

TD corrected an issue I had with another tire shop. My tire was pugged and the other shop never balanced. They basically called me a liar and stated that there was no way a plug could cause the shakes I felt while driving. I took it to tire discounters, who corrected the issue. The tire was ~9oz from Zero.

I just stopped by to have the pressure in my tires checked before a road trip. An employee by the name of Michael stopped what he was doing and took care of my tires. When I mentioned I was going on the road, he asked if my spare tire was in good shape. Thank goodness he did - cause it was not! I asked about the cost of tires as well. I hope Michael's boss sees this because he really went out of his way to be helpful.
It is so refreshing to be on the receiving end of this kind of customer service!

I was welcomed by Ben and Kyle as I walked in the store. I explained what I needed and they made an excellent suggestion that proved to be a great value. The tires were installed quickly and the alignment was completed as promised. My car is much quieter and rides smoother due to the new tires. Tire Discounters Ben and Kyle are the best!

Thankfully, I saw the screw in my front tire before there was a huge problem. I drove up, went inside, asked a couple questions. It was that simple. They fixed it and had me back on the road in less than 2 hours!!! I had amazing service at the Tire Discounters in Milford Ohio on 28!!!!! Thank you guys so much and the coffee wasn't bad either :-)
