I recently picked up a piece of metal in a new tire on a new car. Spencer got me in right away without a hassle. Luke was my tech and was extra careful not to damage an expensive rim doing the tire repair from both the inside and outside of it. I’m happy to report the tire is holding air like it was before. I definitely recommend Spencer and his team. A professional and helpful operation from my experience. Not always easy to find in this market.

We made an appointment tor an oil change on a Sunday and we had a great experience. The very friendly staff was not busy and got us right in and taken care of while we waited. They took really good care of us and our vehicle and we’ll definitely return and recommend to others.

Firestone Complete Auto Care in Milford, Ohio did a great job of installing my new set of Bridgestone 70,000 mile all weather radials on my Nissan Rogue. I also had a front end alignment done and they showed me the before and after results of the alignment of my tires. Not only that, but I have free rotation and balancing for the life of the tires. Great customer service!

I have high anxiety around car service places due to an extremely traumatic experience several years ago, so I always DREAD going to get my car looked at. The team at this Firestone are so welcoming and easy to work with! They did exactly what I asked (tire replacement and oil change) and called me before proceeding with a tire alignment to do it with my permission. Despite only wanting a mid-grade tire, I wasn’t tried to be pushed into a different tire or talked out of anything. Everything was straight and to the point. Despite me picking up my car with only 15 minutes until closing, everyone was still extremely kind, helpful, and easy to work with. I will always come back here for help with my car! Firestone Complete Auto Care in Milford, Ohio put in the extra effort to find and repair a tire on my older car. Their customer service is friendly and helpful. They have my auto business from now on.

The staff at this location is very hard working and in tune with what people should expect. Their fully transparent and direct approach makes it a great experience. A day at the repair shop should not be a spa experience and their bare essential shop reflects this in their prices. If you need that experience then great but if you want a good price, spoken to with respect and integrity and desire a quality product this is your place to be.

New Years Day - ended up with a nail in my tire and they were open for business! Very professional, prompt, great price for a repair - will be back!

I had the best experience in this location. I called and spoke to Franklin explaining that I desperatly needed a tire, see a good friends mother had a blowout. Franklin explained to the tech Derek and even though I couldn't get the tire there until after they closed they agreed to help. long story they saved a senior citizen and the people that care about their neighbors today!!! Decent guys and service. Tim even told me my car didn't need service yet. He checked all the Nissan sites to let me know when I would need which service. I do come here for my oil changes, and they do a great job at a fair price. They take care of my Altima.

Always prompt and efficient service. I've never been treated condescendingly which I'm always afraid of since I know nothing about cars. And the hours are very nice when you work full time. I had a flat once at 540pm, was fixed and home by 730pm. I had a broken headlight and was in at 7am and out by 720am. Love this place.

They folks there are friendly and helpful. They explain things so that you can understand them. My friends and family take our vehicles there for all your automotive needs.
