Let me just say l, The service I received from this car dealership was more than I could have asked for. Me and my Wife have separate schedules and couldn’t get there till later. They stayed over almost 2 hours after close to help and work out a deal with our vehicle. They did not rush us, even though it was a Friday night and I’m sure they wanted to get home to their families. They took the time to explain any questions we had. Very friendly, and made me feel like they wanted to truly just wanted to help us rather than just make a sale. Me and my wife when the time comes to get a second vehicle will be coming back to this dealership. Thank you Justin and Jesse for the vehicle and help. We also have a 2 year old and they constantly reassured us that she was okay and would even interact with her and try and help calm her down. Overall 5 stars isn’t enough. I had to actually get on here and explain to you guys my experience.

Our sales man, Skyler Haas, was absolutely outstanding. He went ABOVE and BEYOND helping us find a car in our range with our requirements and low mileage. He was thorough and explained everything in great detail. He made the paperwork side of things smooth and simple. His professionalism is outstanding for someone his age. I went to Jeff Wyler Eastgate because we’ve purchased a car from them in the past and the service is excellent. The car we previously purchased has had no issues in the last 3 years and was a great deal.

This time I was looking for a truck so I reached out to Adam, who we worked with on our first purchase. He’s a top notch salesman! His knowledge and professionalism is excellent, and his customer service is always above and beyond. Not only is his business presence exceptional, but he’s an extremely kind and courteous person. Our family loves Adam!

I had a specific truck in mind when I contacted Adam and he was able to get a test drive in and the truck keys in my hands in less than 2 hours. The cost was at fair market value, and the finance team was extremely respectful of my choice not to accept some of the additional packages. Mike (I believe his name was…sorry if I got it wrong!) with the finance team was just a great guy that listened to and honored what I was saying.

Sold a car to Jeff Wyler used car and had a great experience with Antonio the salesmen and Adam the general manager. They gave me top dollar for my car even after I took it to two additional places to ensure they were treating me fair. I will definitely be back the next time I have one to sell. After a day of looking for trucks, we pulled into Jeff Wyler's Eastgate lot. We should have started here. Lexie Helbling greeted us and worked hard to accommodate what we wanted in a used truck. We had a list that was beginning to look like a pipe dream until Lexie got on her laptop and did her thing. She came up with several choices. He was straight forward and spent a lot of time doing everything he could to get the truck down to our price range. He made us an awesome deal. They offer great choices for extended warranties on their used vehicles for up to seven years, with no small print or hidden tricks if you need to use it. We couldn't turn it down. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and how we were treated by Lexie and Tim. If they don't have what you need at that lot they search their other lots and offer to bring it over.
