Signature Premier Properties | Northport

I absolutely LOVE the Northport Signature office! They are the best real estate company to work with, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them!

Very POOR QUALITY of service. The agent was recommended by a close friend and failed to deliver decent service on ALL levels. I would NOT recommend this agency to anyone, including an enemy. I don't even know where to start about the way I was treated. ie- listing agent FAILED to inform me about an offer, her response.... "The buyer wasn't really serious" My response "Then why did they show up for a 2nd showing and spend an hour in my house. -- Response from agent.... Silence!

Just to follow up with the owners response. I will definitely follow up with an email regarding my experience.

Just wanted to add.. The agent in question violated their FIDUCIARY obligation to inform the seller of ANY AND ALL offers made on behalf of your property. Also I was able to request a release from my contract without any obligation to signature premier properties located in northport NY. This agency left a bad taste in my mouth especially since they were highly recommended by a very close friend. Not sure why they dropped the ball when dealing with me. Guess I'll never know. I moved on to a realtor who values me as a client.
