Everyone saying that it’s impossible to get through on the phone is 100% correct. However, I use the pharmacy regularly because I take several daily medications, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I briefly had no health insurance when I changed jobs and my previous job made a mistake and terminated my insurance too soon when I was due for a med refill (and still entitled to insurance). I still had to pay out of pocket for my meds (not the pharmacy’s fault), but the staff took time to look into the insurance issue and help me get a discount so I didn’t have to pay as much. They always contact my doctors on my behalf to get refill scripts before I run out of my meds. Being a Sullivan County resident who wasn’t born and raised here (and personally knowing some of the other reviewers), I’ll say that some of these reviews are typical Sullivan County drama and should be taken with a grain of salt.

My husband and I went in to our local Walgreens in Liberty NY to pick up a few items today and found everything We had on our list was in stock. A sales associate, Leslie, was very helpful in helping me locate things and was very pleasant. Also the sales associate who rung us up was also pleasant. Thank you.

One of the better Walgreens out there, I come here, there's always somebody who smiles to you, they're happy when you're emptying the shelves, what I love the most is that clearance shelf I always find something to grab from there combined with their rewards program, that's like a toy store to me, with their good music playing, I can just walk around the aisles and then to the beat of the music, when the ads about covi pops in, that sucks big time.. stop with that bs, I understand these corporations pay good for these ads but why annoy customers.

Impossible to schedule a Covid Vaccination. There web site is HORRIBLE. If you attempt to call instead, no luck because impossible to update your phone number listed on your Walgreens account. The BUREAUCRACY is appalling. If you call store directly, they tell you to go online or through the phone process which leads to further frustration.

I’ve been biting my tongue and given this pharmacy (HORRIBLE PHARMACIST SAMANTHA WALTON)chance after chance and I am DONE! Never in my life have I met a more unprofessional unhelpful simply useless person especially in that profession… she sincerely is useless… when she is filling RXs she’s loud and obnoxious screaming everybody’s business through out the pharmacy… look i don’t have enough time to document all her shenanigans or lack of respect for the title but telling her techs about being accused of doing cocaine in the back by another customer tells you all you need to know about her and the pharmacy she runs…

We lost Manor Pharmacy & Harris (hospital) Pharmacy in one week with all Rx's going to Walgreens who have the worst customer service. Corporate businesses screw the customer. Healthcare in the richest country on earth? A (very bad) joke.

My second attempt to pick up medication after a surgery. The pharmacist an coworker were extremely rude and nasty for no reason. Debra and staff need to brush up on her customer service skills , the other staff member was just hostile with her threatening demeanor and slamming things around her . I was told the medication was in stock and it would take about ten to fifteen mins. After that time passed my wife asked how much longer and then we was told the medication was not in stock and to come back tomorrow in such a nasty tone. I could only imagine how many people they do this to every day. You have to do better Walgreens

So I had really hoped that when Walgreens took over RiteAid that the customer service and the store/pharmacy would improve, boy was I wrong. I'm not sure, but I honestly feel as if they only have 1 phone in the whole store and maybe only 1 person that can answer it. I've been placed on hold waiting to speak to someone. While you're on hold they tell you every 3-4 minutes that everyone is busy and will tell you what number you are in the que... I have sat on this phone for literally 1 hour and counting.... as the 4th caller. This is rediculis! On top of that the people in the pharmacy are extremely disorganized. No one seems to stick to one policy, it changes based on who is working and if you mention that to anyone they get very nasty and unprofessional. And to make matters worse I have had them tell me my medication was ready for pick up over the phone but when I got there was told I had to wait and was stuck their for over 30 minutes before I could get my medication and get back to work, resulting in my being late and getting written up. And they have taken over so many of the pharmacy's up here there is not much of a choice. They really need to get themselves together, maybe do a complete wipe out of their employees in the pharmacy and hire all new people and implement a policy that everyone adheres to.

Do not answer calls for a very long time and then phone call gets dropped.. Called 5 times in a row phone call got dropped 5 times.. on the 6th time Someone picked up.. I asked when can I pick up my prescription... provided name and date of birth.. She said to hold.. She came back on the phone telling me that there's no medication for you!! What type of medication!?? I told her. She said Hold on... and then guess what...???.. Hung up the phone!!! I called more times after that for about 15 mins and everytime phone call gets dropped .. an hour wasted on the phone without any results

Pharmacist are great, but support staff seem unmotivated and unhappy. They do the bare minimum to help, so very sad to see. Also, the pharmacy closes from 1:30pm-2 pm for lunch which is fine, but this is not listed on their website plus the website allows people to schedule appointments during this time. Bad, bad, bad!

Absolutely ATROCIOUS wait times for the most basic prescriptions. I’ll heal naturally over time before they could fill a pill bottle.. Was told to call ahead to check on prescriptions and I sit on hold endlessly. This place SUCKS

This is the worst pharmacy and pharmacist you will ever deal with. They will not answer their phones. After sending my wife 30 miles to get a prescription filled, their pharmacist said their phones were down and refused to use a cell phone to call in a prescription. Literally could care less about helping people. It is amazing a larger corporation doesn't check to see they have aa store with nothing but one star reviews. This is also a heart medication I need to stay alive...great to see how much they don't care.

I have a prescription called in 3 days ago. Today I waiting on a very long line and when I finally got to the window the clerk looked it up and said it wasn’t ready. I asked why not and he said he did not know. To note, this gentleman was the only one working a two person window. On a so called fast tract for prescriptions and the other for scheduled covid vaccinations. I noticed a pharmacist and 3 assistants working with him and seen a closed sign for the drive up window. Why would any employee make people wait especially the elderly when they can clearly see people waiting. This place is beyond horrible and someone needs to make a site visit from their corporate office.

Terrible experience, I waited on the phone for about 1.5 hours until I finally gave up. I drove down to the store and the only response to my question was, "The pharmacy department is closed today", and this was not a pharmaceutical question. I can't believe Walgreens is still popular with this kind of service, I'm hoping that's because there are better branches out there somewhere.

I no longer use Walgreen pharmacy.. they never have all my scripts at the same time and even though I opted out of the million text today saying some of your meds are ready..the pharmacist is slow. Drive through was slower .I took my scripts elsewhere that's a - ⭐
