For more than 10 years, she has been creating anything we need for the holidays, special occasions, or even beautiful mini arrangements to put in every room of the house.

Updated Review for our latest event: Meredith did it again and created the most beautiful flowers for my mother's surprise birthday celebration. Everyone was asking who did the flowers and were in awe of how spectacular they were. Every time I tell the Flower Petaler what I am envisioning for the party, she knocks it out of the park. Meredith- thank you for creating something so special that I literally cried from happiness that I was able to give my mother something so beautiful. Dated: Julys event- It was my second time using the Flower Petaler for an event and I can't say enough wonderful things. Meredith worked with me to come come up with something affordable and beautiful that went with the colors and feel of the party. I told her I wanted to match the flowers to the balloons and tablecloths and she nailed it. Everyone was talking about the flowers. My husband has been coming to her for years for anniversary flowers.I love that wild flower, English garden look and Meredith owns it. Thank you for creating something spectacular and all the love you put into what you do! I posted pictures from the party and pics of personal bouquets she did for me. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Meredith came as a personal recommendation from a family friend, and I truthfully couldn’t be more pleased with not just the florals at our wedding, but her professionalism, flexibility, and kindness. Meredith guided me through patiently as a bride who lacked a vision at the beginning of the process. Through our meetings and an ever-evolving Pinterest board, I finally arrived at an idea and Meredith created something more beautiful and more “us” - my husband and myself - than I could’ve imagined. Meredith was also conscious of our budget, and when there was a supply issue and there was a chance we would need to use some fake poppies on the big day, she was texting me, explaining everything, ordered fakes as a backup and didn’t increase our price at all. It wasn’t until days after my wedding that I realized a few fake poppies were peppered into the center pieces. They blended beautifully!!! It also saved me an absurd amount of money on flower preservation - my fake poppies will be with me forever, looking as good as they did the day of our wedding.
Meredith was patient, complimentary, and managed a potentially big issue seamlessly. I trusted her and she completely delivered. She was so reasonable, and just a lovely woman I felt pleased to work with leading up to the big day. If you made it this far in the review, book with Meredith. She and her team were 12/10.

I’m based in London and wanted to do something special for my mom’s 60th birthday which fell on a Sunday this year. Not only was I personally contacted by Meredith, she also offered to deliver the flowers personally on the Sunday morning - a son couldn’t possibly ask for more. Not to mention that the bouquet itself was left to Meredith’s expertise and she absolutely did not disappoint - a Christmas/wintry mix which my mom absolutely adores. Hands down a 10/10 customer experience from start to finish, and I’ll certainly be a longstanding customer from here on out.

Meridith is hands down the best....I first went to her after needing more than just an apology to my wife and has been my go to for all floral needs. She did my wedding, 2 parties and a 70th bday for me and my family. She is truly the best florist in Huntington and the surrounding areas!!

I stopped in here today to get a bouquet for my parents' 64th wedding anniversary today. I haven't been to an actual florist's shop to put together a bouquet in years, and I'm so glad I did! The girl who assisted me (I didn't get her name unfortunately) and who made the bouquet was very sweet as well as very talented! When I walked up to my parents' door with the bouquet, I saw my mom's face light up, and she smiled from ear to ear, and my father was so, so thrilled as well. The roses smelled divine, and everything was of such beautiful quality. My parents can't get out anymore to get each other flowers, cards, or gifts, and they were so happy to have the flowers brought to them to celebrate their very special day. Thank you so much for helping me make that happen! I will definitely be back for more flowers in the future, especially since my mother said how much she misses having flowers around.

BEST florist in Huntington; can’t say enough good things about her!!! Meredith did a rehearsal dinner for my son and daughter-in-laws wedding, and created the most beautiful “English Garden” centerpieces. The Flower Petaler was recommended by my husband’s mom and it was a great reco because she’s the best! We met with a few different florists, but after meeting with Meredith, I knew I wanted to move forward with her, because she was just so sweet and knowledgeable. She truly made our vision come to life and added her own personal touches which made everything extra special. Her prices are also reasonable. Everything came out perfect and beautiful and I am so glad we went with her!

This was one of the best and easiest decisions I made during the wedding planning process!! Meredith was amazing at taking what little information I knew about flowers and greens and making the perfect bouquets, center pieces, and floral decorations for my wedding. She was able to give me options to stay in my budget and seasonal recommendations. I had seen four florists before speaking with Meredith and I was very concerned about what I was going to do. The second I did a consultation, I was sold! Meredith was helpful, supportive, and responsive during the whole process. During the sample appointment I was able to really see how everything was going to look and I could see Meredith’s talent! The day of the wedding Meredith and her team were great and perfectly timely, we had no issues getting all of our drop offs and her team picked up our church pieces to reuse at the reception. Everyone loved the flowers and we had no issues with getting people to take them after the wedding. Also after our wedding my sister-in-law to be booked Meredith for her wedding in May ‘19. Their flowers were just as beautiful and a completely different style than what we had. All in all it was a great experience. I highly recommended Meredith!!

Meredith was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding on September 30 of this year. From day one Meredith was super responsive to all of my ideas and was able to make my super vague vision an even better reality. On my wedding day, Meredith and her team were there bright and early to make sure I had my flowers for pre wedding photos. It was raining on and off throughout my wedding day and we made the call to have the wedding outside about 30 minutes before the ceremony started. Meredith miraculously pulled the whole ceremony together and it came out beautifully. All of my vendors commented on how gorgeous her flowers were and took her card. My guests can't stop talking about how unique and gorgeous my flowers were. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would recommend Meredith to any bride-to-be.

Meredith was unbelievable to work with! She spent time with us to really understand what we wanted and handled everything from dropping off the bouquets to dressing up our venue in her beautiful arrangements, making it not even a thought for us on the day of. Her talent and creative nature truly completed our wedding. My cousin had also used her for her own wedding in September and was just as happy. Meredith provided the flowers for my daughter’s wedding in June of 2019. They were beautiful and created the exact look my daughter and I were both hoping for.
Meredith is knowledgeable and very easy to work with. She really listens to your vision and executes it to perfection. We could not have been happier with the bouquets, boutonnières, flowers on the church pews (which were repurposed at the reception venue), and all the flowers throughout the rooms at The Mansion at Oyster Bay. We are so happy we used Meredith’s services. She helped to make my daughter’s wedding day a dream come true.

As someone who has used the Flower Petaler for as long as I can remember, I highly recommend Meredith’s work. She sees your vision with only a few words relayed & I have never been dissatisfied with any of her work. AMAZING. SIMPLY AMAZING. Working with Meredith is the equivalent of Pinterest coming to life and decorating your space. From the minute I met her, I was sold. She has expertise combined with creativity AND is extremely pleasant to work with. Our wedding was located in a completely bare space so there was a HUGE need for the decor to make an impact - Meredith's work did that and more. She transformed our space into a Pinterest dream come true and truly made my wedding look exactly like a dream - I seriously couldn't ask for more. She was exceptional - I CANNOT put into words how much I would recommend her and how thankful I am for her work!!
