Longhouse Lodge Motel & Manor

The staff are very nice and accommodating! Pets are welcome! The room itself is clean and smells good. The motel has a pool, a cute gazebo and rocking chairs! They had breakfast (coffee, muffins, danish, donettes). The view from our room was nice and overlooking Seneca Lake. Location is nice, not crowded and 5min drive to Watkins Glen downtown.

If your looking for a cozy warm and inviting place to stay. Longhouse Lodge Motel is a definite plus. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The pool was clean and warm. Our favorites are the rocking chairs outside overlooking as quiet mountainous view. A wonderful ending to our vacation. Minutes drive to Watkins State Park with a beautiful view of Seneca Lake. Highly recommended.

I cannot wait to go back! I took my 18 and 13 year old daughters with me. As soon as we walked in they wanted to stay an extra night, and we did. We stayed in the Manor, had the entire upstairs to ourselves. Back in the day it was the owner's sister's bedroom. Jim, the owner, is super friendly and showed us around the entire house. He is very proud of this place and I loved listening to the story behind it. Fresh breakfast every morning. Everything was very clean. I wish the weather was more cooperative so we could've enjoyed the outside more but we still went swimming under the cloudy sky, we couldn't resist. Our neighbors were great too.

We had a wonderful stay here. The pool was clean and refreshing. The other guests were nice. Room was clean. Check in and out was a breeze. We booked the room on booking.com and right before we weren't sure if we could go anymore even though the room was non-refundable. We called the hotel and the manager was so kind saying that he could probably re-book the room if we really couldn't make it and get the majority of our money back. As it turns out, we could make it but the manager really put our minds at ease. Will stay here again if we return to the area. Room rates were fair.

The rooms all have a mini fridge microwave, coffee maker, 2 recliners with a table between them, a table with 2 chairs , a desk and chair, a dresser with mirror and chest of drawers/tv stand. The sink, vanity mirror, and blow dryer are just outside of the bathroom. The shower towels are oversized plush. Each Room has 2 rocking chairs and a table just outside the door with an incredible view. There is also a outdoor pool. The owner Is a great guy and very friendly and personable. I frequently do construction work in the area and have stayed here many times and I will stay many more

Jim is very friendly and the rooms are very clean and spacey! I definitely recommend coming here, as the view is spectacular, even in the winter! I had a great time with my girlfriend and we definitely will be coming back!

The handicap room was large with plenty of space to maneuver a wheelchair. The room was clean and accessible. They are pet friendly with lots of space to walk our dog. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at the Longhouse again.

The hotel is a little outdated and needs some repairs but im giving it five stars for the hospitality. Its a small family owned hotel and the owners do everything they can to make your stay perfect and I love family run business. We will definitely stay again in the future. Support small business.

Community .Located on the Fingerlakes wine trail.They Charish the past .They live in the moment. Plan for a future because of their efforts people who come after will have a better American. They are remodeling and my room is complete. room is clean. Has a great view of sun. rising. And a view of Seneca lake. I see Hector falls where I love to fish 🐟. If you need something done ✔ in your room ask .5 stars from me. New bed and new recliner they room is huge. To much to fit in before bed time. VOS

The place looks rundown from the outside and the rooms are very small, but they are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a coffee machine and some pre-packaged pastries. WiFi was good. Not all rooms have parking directly in front.

Very clean and lovely workers! We didn't get in until late, so they went to our room and turned the heat up so it'd be very comfortable for us! Definitely returning this summer.

What a view! Stay here for the pool, the view, and the friendly staff! Bike down into Watkins Glen and then climb back up. Get up early for sunset over the lake.

Great little roadside motel! Rooms were clean and very well kept. Will definitely stay again when I’m back up that way.

This is the second time I have stayed at this motel, I will always stay here because of how clean this place is.The staff in excellent, and the view,as your having your morning coffee is breathing taking. Thanks again Jim a very enjoyable stay.

Small motel but nice. Rooms are a good size and you have a nice view of Seneca Lake. Clean swimming pool.
