Applebee's Grill + Bar

Came here for my Fiancé’s Birthday dinner on a busy Saturday night. The wait was only 20 minutes. Our waiter was Austin, we loved him! He was funny and knew the menu. The food was EXCELLENT it came in a decent amount of time. Portions were so generous totally worth the money. It’s been a while since we’ve been here but we will be back soon. Totally wish they were open later such a great bar area and atmosphere. Other customers complained the restaurant was not open later unfortunately. Maybe they will open later for the holiday season.

I ordered my food for delivery. The food was on time, hot and fresh. I received everything I ordered. The wonton tacos are absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend those!

I went here with some friends today. The service was friendly, it looked clean & the music wasn't to loud. I haven't been to a Applebee's for a few years but hope to come back soon. I wish they still had the Shrimp & Spinach Salad, it was my favorite. My friends got the soup & salads lunch, it looked good. I had to be different & got Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp, it was so good & juicy. As always the Onion Soup was wonderful.

The food was excellent. I especially enjoyed the fact it was all super hot and fresh. My pretzels where even super hot.

We had a really amazing waitress the other day, at the Eastgate location. Poor things didn't have internet and their POS system was down. They still had everything out on time, cooked perfectly, and there wasn't a longer wait or anything (due to the issues.) I highly recommend this location!! Thanks for having great food, and great employees!

I had a good experience with the team at Applebee's and I am happy with my recent purchase! Maria went above and beyond to make the process comfortable and really cares about the customers and their experience. The experience here was much better than many other restaurants I had been to - recommend!

Our server i think her name is wanda is spectacular. She makes you feel so comfortable and at home.

I come by for lunch . The bartenders are super friendly . This is a super clean restaurant in my opinion . I would recommend them for sure . I eat here at least five or six times a month .

Every time I've been here I've had good service and the food comes out relatively quick but granted I dont come during rushes. Alcohol is average price, and I always love the 2 for $22

I don't like ordering food on apps because, in the past, I have not had great experiences. However, I used the online app from Applebee's and everything turned out great. All the food was made correctly with the correct adjustments. When we picked it up, food order was ready on time and warm (or cold) as appropriate. I would definitely try again. Only suggestion is for them to make special requests or adjustments available on everything easier to access.

I had written this restaurant off but I gave them a review, talked with someone from Cust service and was assured that they heard what I was saying and that there was going to be a new manager and to give them another chance. Glad I did. The server Skye was wonderful and the food was good again. Thanks for "Being better"

So, as I sit here in the parking lot working up energy after eating well more than I should. I wanted to say they did a great job here. They were short staffed and only had one cook in the kitchen but ya know, they did a stellar job making my order quickly and going above and beyond. Good food, good service too. Now I gotta take a nap to get this food out of my system

Wings were cold but got fixed. My dish was fair. Mash potatoes almost warm,no butter. Chicken and shrimp warm the parts touching hot plate. Hardly any onions or mushrooms. We didn't complain cause Saturday and they were having problems. Eastgate

The food was so great and so was the service. And I'll tell you another big plus that I've never seen anyone write in a review of any restaurant. The interior must have been designed with acoustics in mind, because even though the place was packed on a Friday night and I had forgotten my hearing aid I could still hear what my daughter was saying and carry on a conversation with her. Update: I've been back many times since my original review and the food and service have been consistently good. And I love Applebee's for the way they treat veterans giving us discounts and reserving two parking spots right by the entrance, and they give us a wonderful free meal every year on Veterans' Day!

Ohhh this was an absolutely amazing visit!! We came in with a whole slew of basketball players and parents for lunch between games. Our server was AMAZING!!!
They weren't very busy for lunchtime, and we were seated right away. As kids do, they all changed seats at least once. She had names learned and orders perfect. It was refreshing to have a server be so kind and friendly.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience!! Restaurant was clean, server was excellent, food was great!! I moved to Cincinnati in January and have tried several different restaurants. By far the best meal I've had since moving here. Will DEFINITELY be returning!! Server's name was Brittany, she came back 3 times to make sure our food was ok.

Not much sense in running a special when you can't provide the food! First they said they had no ribs then they had no shrimp and their wings were horrible! Hard and disgusting. The fries were cold except for the third set that was brought out they were hot.

Our server is AMAZING! She served us before and now we are spoiled!! Great service, great smile, great with people and she really loves to serve and she lives to make her patrons happy!! Food was excellent as it was served hot with all our special requests perfectly.
