Martelli’s delivered a beautiful bouquet from an out of state friend who did not know I was away. I returned to wilted flowers. I called Martelli’s and explained , and today I received another gorgeous arrangement! Made my day, and now they will be my new go to florist!

We needed a last minute flower arrangement for a funeral service, the staff was able to accommodate us with no hesitation. The flowers were beautiful highly recommend!!

I called them at 5:30 pm as I forgot to send flowers to my Grandmother for her 96th Birthday. I called around to several places who said their delivery driver already went home. Martelli's said the same thing but I expalined the situation and they agreed to get the flowers to her today. I would imagine the flowers look great. But that does not matter. Them agreeing to deliver the flowers 30 min before close, same day, is simply amazing. Thank you for doing a really great thing that i am sure will make my 96 year old grandmother very happy.

Had such a wonderful experience with Martelli’s. Being on the west coast, I felt truly lucky and fortunate to have done business with Martelli’s. The flower arrangement I ordered had a unique succulent that was a big part of my decision making as well as the California touch quite meaningful to the beloved relative’s funeral. Upon ordering, I learned that this particular succulent most likely would not be available. After hearing this and kindly expressing my disappointment, the sweet woman I spoke with (I think Ann was here name) went beyond and reassured me that “no matter what” she’ll find it and she did. In addition, the morning the arrangement was made she called me back to update me with a concern she had and took the time to make an arrangement even more beautiful than what was originally planned. So a big thank you to Martelli’s for their exceptional customer service.

Excellent customer service - GORGEOUS arrangement delivered in a lovely vase and was completely wrapped in shrink wrap protecting it from the ride and weather. They were so attentive they even called first, as requested, to ensure recipient had help receiving delivery. They accommodated request of extra purple! Valentines Day 2017, this Florist put together the most beautiful long stemmed red roses and it was last minute! Today is my Lady’s Birthday and again they are doing another rush order to accommodate. Their flowers were so beautiful that everyone that walked into Mitchells (Where the flowers were sent) could not get over these beautiful flowers! These terrific people and their products are second to none!

My Bostonian sister a Susan sent me an amazingly gorgeous floral arrangement. I couldn’t wrap my eyes around it! I had to slowly drink it all in. Every way I looked at it revealed clusters of while lilies, white roses and other
luxurious flowers. Obviously this collection was carefully and generously crafted. A living work of art. There were no fillers or boring carnations. I am never using FTD again!!!

I visited Martelli's today for an arrangement for a new Mom. They were super friendly and helpful and the flowers are just beautiful. I was also suprised at how reasonable the price was. I will definitely go back.
