Oh my GOSH!!!
We planned our wedding only with close family-making our blended family officially blended.. simple but SO beautiful and special!..
I realized last minute and in a minute and in a panic that I never coordinated flower petals for our beautiful little flower girls!!!
When I researched it and did reviews ( super last minute) the Petal Garden looked so amazing but I never expected them to show up on time realistically. I browsed at the first collection and it just so happened to be the ‘Cinderella Blend’ which was also my fiancé‘s ring choice that he gave me while proposing – the Cinderella ring from the Disney collection. It made everything so much more amazing and “meant to be.” Under pressure, I was worried they wouldn’t show on time, however, they DID- and without disappointment! These petals were so perfect, beautiful and fresh for the most special day in our lives! Thank you so much to Petal Garden for not only providing exactly what I needed but also providing it last minute and on short notice exactly what I needed it!

We ordered the freeze dried rose petals for our daughter's wedding exit. The owner of Petal Garden was super helpful and friendly when I was trying to decide what to get and how quickly I needed to get them shipped because we decided the week of the wedding to use the flower petals. They arrived really quick and were so beautiful. I am so happy we decided to use Petal Garden. We still have some of the flower petals, and (4 months later) they still look great!

Petal Garden was wonderful! They were very prompt when sending out samples and my orders. We had silk flowers for the flower girls and freeze-dried petals for the send off. They were even sure to delay the shipment of freeze-dried petals so that they would be as fresh as possible for our wedding. They were also very communicative so that I always knew the status of my orders. Would 100% recommend!

I placed an order with Petals Garden about a week before my event, but the shipping I initially selected would not allow it to come in time. I emailed Petals Garden to see if I could get it shipped sooner. They were sooo responsive and accommodating. They sent me a new tracking number shortly after. My initial order seemed to have gotten lost in transition from them to the carrier and I didn’t see any movement for two days. I was nervous but Again, I emailed them and expressed my concerns and once again their communication was superb. They overnighted me a new order and it arrived early the morning of my event. They made my day so special and I am now a life long consumer. Thank you guys so much for your excellent customer service, quick communication, and overall care for the customer. I can’t wait until my next event to shop with you again!

We were panicking thinking we had waited too long to order flower confetti but our order arrived just 1 day after placing the order! Thank you so much for the fantastic customer service and for allowing us to check off another item on the Wedding To Do list! The petals were beautiful and just what the bride had hoped for!

These petals don't have any bad scent great quality,looked authentic and arrived on time. The owner even contacted me because the delivery may have not arrived on time but they eventually did arrive on time. I felt that was very considerate and professional of him to reach out to me. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

Thanks to Petal Garden I was able to find the blue floating petals I needed for my wedding centerpieces. Prices are fair, shipping is cheap, and overall the product does that it says it does. The blue floating petals I bought have worked perfect.

I have never had such great customer service like I have with Brian. Whenever something had changed an email was sent right away to make sure everything was corrected to insure my delivery arrived. I will order again for another special day and will recommend to others. I'm overall more then pleased with Petal Garden. Thank you Brian!

i buy all the silk petals from petal garden and i will not buy any other silk petals no where else, and i love how they have all the colors to chose from, as well, and there shipping are really fast, and i love that the fact they send u a email when the order gets place and a email me when i get a tracking number , which is great, thank you so much, and they offer wholesale for business as well, thanks

Quick delivery, great product

I went with Petal Garden for my freeze dried flowers, because it had good reviews. HOWEVER, I contacted the company to request info and discuss my order and I did appreciate that I got a quick response. I was told that my order would be shipped within the next week, but my order wasn't shipped until the week of my wedding. When I called to find out why it was just now being shipped, the lady tried to put the blame on me for the delayment in shipping, but later admitted that the freeze drier was having issues. I was assured to get my flowers 2 days before my wedding, but when I ordered I was told I would get it within 2 weeks of my wedding, so I had plenty of time. The lady told me I could pay more to have the shipping expedited and it wasn't until I explained how outrageous it was that I had to pay more for a problem caused by them that she finally said they will try to drop it off at the post office later that night so they could go out over the weekend. I also ordered 50 cups of flowers, but in reality I measured it out and it only seemed as thought I received 30 cups. While the petals were pretty, they did have a horrible smell to them (which I wasn't expecting the best, but wasn't expecting it to be horrible). A good portion of the petals were crumbled. Overall, not happy with my experience and would look around somewhere else first!
