I visited the location in Bay Plaza on 2/6/2024 and I met with the most amazing salesman Ian Campbell. He was very courteous, patient and answered all the questions my husband and I asked. I LOVED THE SERVICE! Specifically Karla, she was super helpful and very knowledgeable of their products, I came in for a mattress I had searched for a long time and ended up with one even better thanks to her! As well as the manger for the mattress department was also super kind and very detailed with warranties and all my questions.
