Jewelry Annex

Well, so far I have no complaints and a beautiful ring, affordably priced. Small business owners have enough to worry about with all the reviews and dissatisfaction from customers, let’s praise when possible as well.

Jewelry annex is a reliable jewelry store for all needs - repairs, holiday gifts, wedding rings. Family business with many years of experience in the area. Have never had a bad experience and highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Sarb at Jewelry Annex finding the perfect Christmas gift. He was patient, quick with responses and guided me in selecting a piece of jewelry that my Mother in Law will treasure forever. 10/10 would use Jewelry Annex again for my next purchase.

I worked with Sarb to design and purchase an engagement ring. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process, including assisting with selecting a beautiful diamond and helping in the ring's design. My fiancee and I could not be happier with the ring! Cannot recommend Sarb and the Jewelry Annex enough!

This jewelry store and the owner has no idea on how to run a business. One day I went inside to get a written appraisal on 2 diamond rings with over 20 1/8 diamonds in each of them. I wanted a written appraisal of the value of the rings to sell to a third party. The owner told me that he can only give an appraisal on the gold value and not the diamonds. He told me that no one will buy the diamonds and they have no value. I explained to him that I wanted to sell it to a third party as a retail ring and not for scrap. All I wanted was the resale value of the rings.Isn't that what a jewelry appraisal is, it give someone the fact of the piece you are selling them, that is has been checked out by a professional jewelry and the gold and diamond are real , and maybe give the diamond size and the karat of the gold within the appraisal. He accused me that I was trying to mark up the price to scam someone, I told him all I want is a written appraisal of this ring in retail value,. I asked him that if you were selling this same rings you would sell it to your customers for the gold value and not for the value of the ring , gold , and diamonds and he said no. So I guess that next time you want to buy a ring or chain from this jeweler, he will sell it for the value of the gold and not charge you for the diamonds. The owner needs to go to a jewelry class to get some real insight how to become a professional jeweler because he is not cut out for it like his father was. There is a reason you never ever see anyone in this store. There is a reason no one buys from this jeweler. Their prices are out of this world, and when you try to sell scape gold to them, they offer you 1/3 the value you would get from another jeweler. Scam artist with a business license.

This was the most horrible customer service I’ve ever received... I brought two of my rings there august 2nd to get them resized to a smaller size, and the owner told me to call back 10 days later, and they should be done. I called back after 14 days, giving her A couple more days. She was very rude and said to me that I called back too early, and told me they weren’t done and to call back the next week. I called back on day 21, she had a rude attitude again and said to call back the next week, but that she will be on vacation next week and won’t be in the store. after a month, we went back in and she Said they were done, but when she gave them to me, they were resized BIGGER than they were originally, and she then said that she got them mixed up with someone else’s rings. At this point it’s been a month and she said that they werent going to be redone for a couple more weeks due to their jewelry repair section being closed for the next 2 weeks. It is now September 30th, 2 months after I gave them to her initially, and I just got my rings back. they fit, but one of the rings, which is VERY sentimental to me, is broken. The opal stone is cracked into 3 separate pieces, and it is chipped. This interaction could NOT have gone worse, and as for the owner, she is super rude, has horrible customer service, and overall I would NOT recommend this jewelry location... definitely go somewhere else.

I went into the store around the holidays too get a chain fixed it took longer then it should have when I fianlly got the chain back it wasnt cleaned like other places have and a month later the clasp broke so I got it fixed by another place which they cleaned n fixed the chain way cheaper ,I went back into this store n explained 2 the son what happened n he told me it was my fault n nothing he can do n was very rude so now I'm out of 48 bucks when the other place cleaned n fixed it for 35 please save ur self the trouble n money & do not go here !!

Everytime I try to visit the store they are closed. When I check their ours online, it says they are open until a certain time. They should not leave well before the store is supposed to close!
