Hotel The Villa

We found this place in desperation after another local hotel cancelled our reservation. We found the staff to be extremely pleasant and accommodating. The room was nice and clean, the bed very comfortable. We could've used a bit more hot water pressure, but aside from that, everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This is a two star hotel at the time of this review.
Room, bed, floors, bathroom are all clean. I found no evidence of pests here. I stayed for 4 days. Parking is decent, proximity to the city and public transportation is great.
Only drawback is that the front desk person might go missing or be on break. The front desk person is very nice, but sometimes you might not find them or they on break and you need to wait.

Otherwise, great experience. I extended my stay for two more nights after the 2nd night.

I needed a hotel that was close to the Manhattan and Brooklyn. My decision was based on the reviews. The hotel is in fact brand new. It looks like a regular building from the outside during the day. And when night falls it's illuminated with cool colored lights. Check in was a breeze. Once we entered we were greeted. We were also given the option of leaving a cash or credit deposit. The room was clean and we had a decent view. Check out was painless and quick. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

No private parking is provided. However it took me a little less than 5 minutes to find a spot on the street.

I only needed to stay one night and it had everything I needed; a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. One night was a great price with great proximity to the subway, the F line at 21st St/Queensbridge is around 7-10 minutes by foot, depending on how fast you walk. I booked through Expedia, paid via PayPal and had zero problems checking in and the person at the desk was extremely nice. I was thankful for the mini fridge that I put my water bottle in for when I got back to my room later in the night and it was so super cold and refreshing- perfect for what had been a really hot day. The room itself was small but nice with a comfortable king bed. The bathroom was clean and well stocked, the fridge and TV worked, as did all of the electrical sockets. The view from my room was nice, it looked down on the streets below but also to the city skyline, beautiful both at night and sunrise. The air conditioner was such a gift after running around in the heat, it worked well and with zero issues. Checking out in the morning was also super easy and the person who handled it was extremely nice. I would absolutely stay here again.

My stay at this hotel was great! I can tel it’s a new place which was awesome. The rooms are a bit tiny but I didn’t mind, I was here to rest my head and relax after a long day at Rolling Loud. Housekeeping came around the same time every morning, even if they didn’t clean they always kept us stocked with towels, TP & toiletries. The front desk goes above and beyond with kindness. It was overall a pretty great stay. There’s no fantastic views, no microwave in your rooms, or any of those luxuries. But there is a microwave downstairs in the lobby that was always clear. Parking is horrible and off the street … but overall great place for the basics & at a great price. Looking forward to staying again!

Everyone was so helpful, peaceful and respectful💤 I can’t express how much relaxation I got staying at the TheHotel Villa❤ The staff was so kind and I needed that after staying at 7 different hotels in Queens. The Villa is close to LGA Airport and minute's from the city. It’s so clean☺ and pretty, Oh my😁 what an experience. The bathroom was huge, we stayed there for as long as we could because we knew from trying out all the hotels in town, the Hotel Villa was the best💯 From the first day we checked in to the day we checked out…. Nothing but BLISS😫 And the maid said she didn’t want us to leave🥲 I miss it there. Soon we will return with gifts for Sam, such an amazing manager, he took care of all our needs and made us feel important and welcome💯

It was clean, good location, few blocks away from the train. Staff was nice, they offer daily house keeping, which is something you don't find these days since "covid". Newly renovated . Wifi was good. However I will nitpick, King bed only had 3 small pillows and towels were also very small. The only mirror is in the bathroom ... could use a full length mirror in the room and there is no microwave.

Stayed here and loved it. Good rooms and they feel safe. The area has some restaurants (Chinese and Mexican) and those are good along with a deli and 99 cent store! Would stay here again. It's maybe a 5-10 min walk to the F train.

This hotel is new. Very clean and the front desk staffs are really friendly and nice. They would go above and beyond to help you. I would definitely come back here to stay.

The room is smaller than I expected but honestly, it's cute, clean, and comfy(the 3 Cs) ..we just needed a place for our stuff and somewhere to sleep..I definitely recommend this hotel, the staff is super nice, house keeping is in top of everything..it's 15min from LaGuardia airport and 16min from NYC any direction..2nd pic is us keeping our drinks cold via window lol

Bare bones but clean and functional. Probably about the cheapest one can get close to Manhattan without getting really low quality amenities
