Staples

I visit about 2-3 times a month. I order online for pickup and that works great! It's hit n miss with the staff - some are helpful and others just seem almost useless or rude - depending on who's there.
Well organized and clean store.

I was looking for a specific Spec laptop. I called and spoke to Brandon. He sold me a Lenovo SSD with core I5. I absolutely love it. Great job Brandon and Staples. This is my first large purchase at Staples but will not be my last. Brandon thank you for taking the time to find what I needed. I was on my way to Walmart to buy an HP when I called. I am so glad I did! You rock!

The service technician was great, I thought I was going to loose everything on my computer and in less than 15 minutes he saved me and then I needed some paperwork and the lady came from behind the counter and took me right where I needed to go and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Great job!
