They should retire. The way they handled the loss of our nephew was atrocious. They had the family waiting saying there hands were tied and could not do anything to get him back to New York. One phone call to another funeral home and he was here the next day! Absolutely unprofessional and a disgrace.

Poor handling and preparation of the corpses of our loved ones. Uncooperative and unresponsive towards many requests. Lack of professionalism combined with outrageous prices. Do not waste your patience here.

The worst handling and preparation of our loved ones. Did not work with us. We waited too long for them to respond. The people that run this place have no professionalism. The prices they charge are absolutely ridiculous. Do not waste your time here. I will never recommend this place.
